Horrible counter service. I needed a air filter for my Honda trimmer. I arrived and there was 2 people working the counter. Each had a customer. I stood there for 25 minutes and no one even acknowledged me waiting. I finally asked the guy if he had any idea how much longer it was going to be . He mumbled something . I walked around the showroom and A guy in one of the sales office asked me what I needed. I told him I had been waiting for 25 minutes and had not been acknowledged. He got up walked the the front and told me they get busy at lunch time. So I left went back to my shop. Found the part on amazon in 60 seconds. I ordered the part ant will have it in the morning. I try to patronize brick and mortar shops because it I have one, but they have to do better. I will not be back. read more

It's been 2 months and we're just now getting our tractor back! Once again worst customer service ever!!!! They had told my boss that our tractor would be spotless that they would detail it because of all the inconveniences we had with them. I'm going to upload pictures of how our tractor looked when our employee picked it up, which by the way no one was kind enough to help him load the tractor on our trailer! our tractor looked worse than when we left it there. Its super dirty of course they left it outside during the rain, and our window was broken so you can imagine how it smelled and looked!!! They say one thing and do another!!! If you need your tractor fixed don't come here!!!!! we dropped it off July 27th, and we just picked it up yesterday October 1. If you don't need your tractor for months, and want it to look like crap afterwards then take it here!! They're good at that because they're not good at helping their customers and being convenient! read more

Small update... since I wrote this review I've actually and a chance to look at and work on the weed eater they claimed to have at least run diagnostics on. Turns out my ignition coil was bad... piece of crap business charges $60 for not doing their job and running a proper diagnostic that they charge more for than most full sized vehicles. And to think they are actually still in business... read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I went in for a belt change, which should have been $80, was told entire deck was bad, ended up spending $3100 and waiting 5 months. Yes. Five months. When tractor was finished I took it home and it started sputtering. I took it back and the manager said water was in the diesel, so I said fix it they fixed it and said I owed them $300 more bucks because of the water in the diesel, I told them bullshit, the manager and I had words in the lobby after I refused to pay based on the fact that they had my tractor for five months and there was no water in the gas when i Brought it in. Six months later I take in because of sputtering, they guy tells me they are no longer doing business with me based on me and the managers conversation. Don't waste ur time. I have tried to buy 2 parts for my Ford 3400 Tractor from many places, which wanted to charge me for the whole Steering Valve Assembly for $500.00, and so we thought we would give it one more shot and call Lansdowne-Moody and I talked to a very helpful man named Joel. I was explaining how these other companies just wanted to make money off of me so he asked if I had a picture of the parts I needed, I said yes and he said can you send them to me, which I did and this man went above and beyond my expectations. I had just lost my husband of 36 yrs and this man was very understanding and professional. I sent him the picture of the parts I needed and he found the parts I needed and called me back and they were only $58.00 for both parts. Now it is people like Joel that this company should be grateful for cause I sure was. I want to say Thank You So Much Joel for taking the time and extra measure for helping me. All my husband wanted was to get his tractor fixed and we were unable to do that before we lost him but thanks to Joel, we will have it fixed this weekend. I cant say Thanks enough to this man. I am hoping this company really knows what a asset Joel is. For in todays world we don't encounter people willing to go the extra mile for a customer. May GOD forever bless this man and this company and if I ever have to have anymore parts for either of my 2 tractors I will only deal with Lansdowne-Moody. I am forever grateful.
