Had to call Generac directly to complain to get the work done. Now the 2 year maintenance is required and again no response for 3 weeks And counting! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be contacting Generac Main Headquarters directly to complain once again. If you go to Google reviews you will see multiple complaints like mine where Blaze does not respond to requests for the maintenance to be performed which is paid for under the purchase agreement for the first two years. Blaze generators needs to be held accountable to their written agreements and perform the maintenance as required!
