Hed had to re-hang each gate to get them level and added 6 HD spring loaded wheels, to keep them supported AND so they will last a long time, with his repair. During his repair, I also asked for a quote for about 40 feet of missing privacy fence. He quoted it and even brought the quote down, to help me financially and that I was a return customer. So for everything above, his total was $2200. A price no other contractor came close too!! He finished the gate project in 2 days and the new fence in 1 day, his men stayed until the fence replacement was finished and left close to 8pm! They returned the next day for clean-up amd removal of all the old fencing. He even replaced about 6, 8ft long pickets that were broken from a fallen tree. Outstanding work and I already have 2 new jobs, scheduled in the future, some additional interior sheetrock and paint and to resurface my backyard deck. There is no need for me to even look around for another contractor, as Geovanny and his crews to great work!! If I can edit this review tomorrow, I will add the "repair" photos, I only have the "before" photos now.

I would strongly advise against hiring this individual. I hired him last August to install five windows in a garage apartment. I was told the windows needed to be ordered. He asked me to buy the windows and he would install them. I was preparing to leave town for a week so I gave him a check to order/buy the windows. I received a call from him the day I returned informing me that the manufacturer was behind schedule but should have the windows within a week. He called a few days later to let me know the windows had arrived and that he would schedule installation when his current project was completed. Three weeks passed and I had not heard from him, however, I was not too concerned because it had been raining. After another week (now Oct. 16th) I texted him. I wanted to know when the windows would be installed. He explained that part of the scaffolding was damaged and had to be replaced but he would be able to install the windows the following week. He did not show up the following week or the week after that. I texted him on Nov. 4th suggesting that he deliver the windows to me and I would get someone else to install them. He apologized and said he would install them Nov. 10-11. He texted me on the morning of the 11th to let me know the scaffolding would be set up that afternoon. No show. This back and forth continued for another five weeks during which I asked him to deliver the windows or return my money. No response. My final text to him was on Dec. 24th. I reminded him that there were courses of action I could take and I would be doing so. In conclusion, if you choose to hire this individual I suggest you not pay him a cent in advance for material or labor. Wait until the project is completed. LPC
