I did have a little snafu with my comforter which took several try's to correct but the didnt hesitate to make it right. It still wasnt 100% on the last try so I probably just wont use them for Down Comforters but everything else was worth it. The clothes were so fresh and lasted that way for white some time and my whites where super white!! Give them a try...

I had brought in a Halloween costume and a red petticoat to get dry cleaned. I had told the lady…read moreabout two pen marks on the front part of the costume when I brought it into the shop. I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.

I have recently moved back to the area and needed to find somewhere that I could wash several…read moreloads of clothes, i. A quick anount of time, eithiut costing a fortune on Thanksgiving evening. I assumed it would be a lost cause...but I Couldn't have been more wrong... just 5 minutes from my new house I found this laundromat that was open 24 hours... even on Thanksgiving. I was happy to find That they had machines that could wash 5 and a 1/2 loads for only $6.75 which included 2 wash cycles and 3 rinse cycles. I had a very hectic day and I didn't have the patience to learn a machine that I was not familiar with, however; the attendant noticed my frustratuon and was nice enough to come help me get all of my clothes going. During the process I realized that 1 of the bottles of laundry soap that I grabbed was not actually laundry soap so I didn't have enough to wash all of my clothes. Lucky for me, I Didn't have to leave the laundromat to a new bottle from the store, because they had a nice selection of different sizes and brands of laundry soap for Customers to purchase...which I really appreciated... the two employees that I dealt with were very friendly. helpful, and kind. In the end, I was really thankful on this holiday, that I had such a great experience...because it that could have went in the whole other direction! So thanks you for your time and help

Ever since our washer died, I only had to go a few blocks to the laundromat. Almost from the…read morebeginning, which was several months ago, I drop the laundry off and the attendant not only washes the clothes, provides the soap and fabric softener, but she also folds the clothes by category as a professional and puts them in bags. The cost is per pound, deducting the weight of the laundry basket. I'm hooked!
