They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.

When I said that she already fixed the twin pillow, that's when she finally accepted it. Now when I'm asking to her do some alterations on three shirts, she said she "wasn't professional enough" to accept them. She gives explanations like "too hard" or "too much work" and I'm left feeling like she just doesn't want my business. It's unfortunate since she is my neighborhood cleaners and tailor.

He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here.
