I asked about the charge (because I had never had that issue before) and was told it was a "bag closure fee." I told them it was a single comforter and a part of the top of the comforter popped out. I asked for them to reverse my fee. Eliza flatly refused and said it was a valid charge. Crazy pants position to take for a loyal customer who has never had this issue before.
