I went in on their grand opening because I have been dying for a clean nail salon to open near my house. I was very impressed, I made an online appointment so I was immediately seated and taken care of before showing up. They offered a choice of drink (water, soda, wine, champagne). My nails were completed faster than anywhere else I have been lately but with just as much attention to detail. Large selection of colors for gel, sns, regular polish, etc. I only had an sns manicure but the chair was comfortable and they even had a stand for your phone in case you want to text. I'm more of an enjoy being away from my phone for an hour type of person, but still very cool. The pedicure chairs and tubs looked clean and comfortable, I will be back soon for a pedi. read more

Made an appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures and a mani for her based off of recommendations. When we entered the salon, not a single person acknowledged us. We went to go pick out our colors and then we're finally told to go sit in our chairs. My daughter sat for an hour before they even did her pedi and mani that she had an appointment for. It was rushed, and the lady didn't even bother to take her old nail polish off. My pedicure was straight up overpriced for what I received. I don't post lots of reviews but when I do it's because it really matters! I love this place for nails. It is SO CLEAN and the service is great. They know my name by now and work to get me in at the last minute but I think they do that for anyone. They have a really nice luxury setting and the chairs are amazing. I love getting a pedicure and enjoying the massage features of the chair. They will offer you wine or bubbly while you relax and when I need to get my dip manicure, I love going to Tracy. She's really good and keeps things natural. I also get my brows cleaned up and sometimes tinted but a few different folks there. They do a great job. The dip also does not lift so my hair never gets stuck in my nails as they grow out. Tammy really takes her time and does such a great job. Still trying to find the perfect acrylic tech since moving to Austin. Nails look fine and natural since they're not too thick. I do however wish I had more of an arch to most of the nails. Some are very flat on top and even have a slight divot from the cuticle to the middle of the nail. Polish is nice and even so that's a plus! Slightly on the pricy side compared to other salons and the service you get. My biggest general concern about going to nail salons is how thin my natural nail is and the amount of drilling that tends to be done to it. read more

This was a BIG waste of money. The store is nice but I quickly realized that my technician did not understand any English and I don't mind at all when other languages are used-but I mean no Eng. words. I noticed the lady in the chair next to me had the same problem when she tried to tell her's what she needed. The tools are not sterilized but in individual "tackle" boxes that each tech uses. My pedi has maybe 2 passes on my heels which needed a lot! She left mail polish all around my toe nails and one nail had 1 stripe of polish on it. I asked for a mani with just a buff no polish. She left me in the chair plopped a pillow in my lap in which she placed a bowl with cold water, no solution & stuck 1 hand it. She put cuticle cream on the other hand and began working on those then the other w/o cream. Instead of buffing(again not understanding) she brushed the nails with an emery! Stopped her and motioned buff. Once outside I examined the work. Each hand had pieces of cuticle hanging, some 1/2 a cuticle. The toes were a huge mess. Had to redo everything when I got home and lost $70 dollars. Didn't try to fight it since there was a language barrier read more

I went to get my nails done with my grandma who suffers with dementia so we were looking to have a relaxing time getting our nails done together. The lady who was assigned to my grandma was very aggressive and forceful with her. She rushed doing my grandmas nails and I could tell this made my grandma very uncomfortable. She also left my grandmas nails very dirty and messy. We would have appreciate having someone be more gentle with my grandma and to handle her nails with care since it takes so much for her to leave the house as it is. We will not be coming back here anytime soon. I would rate this experience a 4/10. Very disappointing. read more
