And we were looking at an hour to get the Jeep. The polite salesman did offer to take us along for the ride. But I'm buying a car. I set an appointment. I expected the car on site. Now under a new owner, it's Myerson Garage and it's miracle but they are still a great little local shop! Tim, the owner, is super nice and very knowledgeable. I lucked out by bringing my Ford F250 for repairs because he actually drives a Ford F250 himself. Perfect!! My truck had a strange front end issue and I wasn't sure if it was misaligned, if there was a suspension problem or steering problem, but it was driving real wonky. After taking it to Acton Ford and Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough and them failing to diagnose the issue, I gave Myerson Garage a try. Tim was able to identify the issue right away and it was fixed in less than a week. My truck drives like new now!! A few days before I was scheduled to bring in my truck, my sunroof also broke and I called Tim to see if that's something he could fix. Yep! It's a fairly big job and the part isn't cheap, but I now have a new working sunroof too. I could not bring my car in during business hours due to my job and they accommodated me by signing the papers remotely and dropping my car the night before. Throughout the time my car was there the owner would call me with updates and explain what was going on. The best part: when the car was repaired (perfectly done, they cleaned my car, filled the fluid levels) they called and told me to pick it up. I work 80 hour weeks 6 days a week and would not be able to pick it up. The owner of the shop DROVE MY CAR TO ME AT WORK AND RETURNED MY RENTAL FOR ME!!! Amazing experience I am only going there from now on and have been telling everyone to go there. You could tell the owner loved what he did and took great care in his work.
