I searched online and even went to the store to see if I can buy it again, but I was told this specific design I had was no longer being made. I even asked if the store I bought my bag from could fix it but I was told by the sales lady they could not so my bag was officially classic vintage. I really loved this crossbody bag and it had sentimental value for me, so I searched and found this place La Rossa. I called to see if they can fix my bag. The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and said to come over for a free consultation. I don't know how much it costs to fix purses since this is the first purse I ever had that needed to be repaired. I was happy to hear they were able to fix it, and they gave me a reasonable, non-exorbitant quote. I was amazed at how fast and reliable this place was. They did an excellent job fixing the two straps of my leather crossbody bag and fixed the magnetic button that was falling off. It looks good as new, and they said their work includes a one year warranty. Highly recommend, and I would go back if I ever need a purse or shoe or anything fixed!

A zipper came off one of my favorite Frye booties. They were sent to another shoe repair which threw on a new cheap looking stopper and pull which did not match (which bugged me), and broke immediately, after costing $40. On a whim I stopped in Arcade Shoe Repair, which I found on Google. He found a zipper that perfectly matched my other bootie, and had them fixed up in no time! Pricing was very reasonable at $25 for boots worth over $200. I noticed he even cleaned up the heels a bit which had some marks from a foster puppy chewing on them a little. I'm really appreciative and never going anywhere else for leather repair. I also love how the shop has a museum feel!
