Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people. A friend called her plumber contact on Sunday who was away, but was able to get me in contact with Jacob Grout on Sunday morning. Jacob called me back and came out on Sunday to look at the issue. He quickly diagnosed the situation and as there was a way to use water without a further leak, he picked up the replacement part Monday and came right over to fix it. He's friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. In addition to plumbing emergencies, he does boiler replacements, emergency services, installs everything from old-school boilers to the latest heat pumps, from radiant flooring to steam radiators.
