Thankfully, Simone was there. His English is terrific, but more importantly, he speaks fluent hair, and he instantly knew mine was screaming for help He immediately understood what I had been trying to do, what went wrong, and how to fix it without turning it into an entirely different haircut. He graciously fit me into his schedule, rescued my bangs, and even gave me useful advice for the next time I'm overcome by misplaced confidence while holding a pair of scissors. I would happily return to Simone for any hair service when I am next in Florence, and I would recommend him without hesitation. So please, if you're in town, give him a call. It is clean and very modern, they have a comfortable waiting area and plenty of natural lighting. They do hair coloring, lip waxing, and a few other services. Cannot go wrong here!
