After watching so many TikTok videos of Simone I finally got a chance to have my haircut done by him. I was in Florence for my honeymoon and decided to email him on my second to last day to see if he had an opening for Monday and he did! I love the concept of being the only one in the salon and having the experience all about you. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he agreed that the length would be a good fit for my face shape/ body proportion. Simone is so skilled at his craft. Simone was WONDERFUL!!!! It was truly the best blowout I've ever had. I enjoyed talking with him during the appointment and my hair looked perfect for my one year anniversary photoshoot with my husband. Being the tourist that I was, I underestimated how difficult it would be to get a taxi. In our specific circumstance, it was impossible. Simone, in a moment of complete panic that we were about to miss our photo shoot, was a complete life savor and offered to drive us to the shoot! If it wasn't for Simone being an Angel on earth, we would have missed our honeymoon shoot. He added a scalp massage that was incredible and so relaxing after a transatlantic trip starting in MKE with 2 transfers via DTW and AMS. I am completely satisfied with my treatment at ZiZiAi! I can have serious reservations about getting my hair colored after having a couple of bad experiences, therefore I was hesitant to visit a stylist in a foreign country. I was traveling through Florence and wanted a cut and balayage. I walked in to ZiZiAi to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Simone came in early and transformed my hair! He took it from dull and brassy to a natural, beautiful color. He also gave me a cut that suits my thin hair based on his knowledge. He has plenty of experience (he worked at a salon on the Upper East Side for years) and was so kind. He even brought me a cappuccino from his favorite local café! The ambiance of the studio is very professional and upscale; you feel relaxed,because you are the only client inside! Now I write about my new fav one, Ziziai: a single chair salon, where you get one-on-one attention by Simone (and Vale, for manicure); He is a very skilled and experienced hairdresser with that international point of view which is difficult to find among Italian professionals (even in a city like Florence). Everytime I follow his suggestions about my haircut the result is just brilliant. Ziziai is literally 2 minutes walking from Duomo but you'll never find it without someone telling you: it's in a little narrow street called via dei Biffi, and has no sign outside. Once I asked him "why don't you put a sign outside here", he just replied that he loves that way, with customers getting there by word of mouth ...that's also why I'm passing the word ; ) read more

Simone the INCREDIBLE HAIR STYLIST has cut, colored and styled my hair more times than I can remember but I am always amazed at how beautiful it looks. I can keep the blow dry for three or four days so my hair always looks it best when I am here. He is better than anyone I have ever had in NYC for 5x the price. People always comment on my hair after he has done his magic. Even when I get back to NY, everyone comments on the cut and shape of my hair. I have referred many friends who travel to Florence and they all thank me for the best hair cut or blow dry they have ever had. Additionally Vale will give you the most relaxing beauty treatments with great attention to detail and precision. I have enjoyed both shellac and regular manicures and pedicures and have watched her do her magic on makeup application. She has applied makeup to two of my close friends that got married in Florence and they were so happy with the result.
