A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. If he can't fix your phone, he can put you in something else. Highly recommend.

These guys are so bad…read more... #1 - they charged me $458 twice and they are saying that it didn't happen. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

When I brought it back in, they refused to act honorably and complete the repair I had paid for. They blamed me for the damage they had done to my phone and literally put a piece of Scotch tape on my case where they had broken it. Literally. Scotch tape.

The screen stopped working correctly almost immediately: half my screen would freeze sometimes, but now today, my phone is completely inoperable. I'm taking it to Apple to see if they can replace this screen for a genuine one and fix the issue. I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. Either way, do yourself a favor and take your Apple products to Apple stores.

I brought in the computer and parts, the intake was quick and professionally done. So far, so good. I received a call that my laptop was ready for pickup less than a week later. When I arrived, I was told that I didn't have all the parts needed to repair it correctly. The laptop functioned, but the hinges didn't attach correctly and were rubbing against the motherboard. If I kept the laptop open it would be fine, but if I repeatedly opened and closed it, it could break. But isn't that the purpose of a laptop, it's supposed to be portable, it's not a desktop. The technician was under the impression I was in a rush, so there was a little miscommunication, that said, a call only takes a few minutes to let a customer know there is an issue. So I do appreciate that the technician was polite, that the repair labor estimate was correct, and that it was ready within the window provided. However, it doesn't work correctly and since I didn't get a call during the repair process, letting me know additional parts were needed to do the job correctly, I couldn't make an informed decision. It was neither the best of times or the worst of times. Will I return? I'd probably check out another place first.
