"I can look at it in a few days" doesn't work when your computer goes down=our lives now (for better or worse). He was able to retrieve everything off my hard drive and it's on an external hard drive now, and replaced my hard drive with one he described as indestructible and apparently so because this was years ago and this little Toshiba with the new high capacity hard drive is still doing fantastic. It's fast, apparently indestructible (at least inside my home; I never take my laptop out of my house), and the storage is excellent. I remain extremely pleased, oh and all for less than $300!
