Wish we had NEVER gotten involved with the Computer Doctor! We have had problem after problem with…read morethe computer we got from him-constantly losing info, calling him with problems and issues. Our printer stopped working after 1 month-after several messages to him, he told us it was a piece of junk-so why did he sell it to us? Constantly calling, and when I do get him, he gets very defensive and belligerent, acting as if issues are my fault. He hasn't returned my last two calls so we've given up calling him. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs. When I mention his name at Staples, I was told he was a quack. Really regret dealing with him. Do NOT recommend.

He offered a few suggestions, just about all of which I had tried before and none of which helped at all. In the end, he told me that it did not sound as if he could help with this problem. There was no discussion of charges for the discussion. Neither did he ask me for contact information such as an address. A couple of days later, the mail brought a bill from him for his time. He added no value and did not pretend to. The transaction fails the basic business principles of being forthcoming and above board.

They called me and said that the charging port need to be replaced. They said if I waited till March 16th it would be covered for free but if I need it right away it would cost $200. I said I could wait On March 17th I called them to have them fix it and they said it would cost $200. I told them that they had told me that it would be free after March 16 and they said I misunderstood them. I asked how much it would be without the insurance and he said $400 which is ridiculous. He said that's deal or I can pick up the computer, which i did. I brought the laptop to another electronics repair shop and they told me it would be $150 to fix and it will be ready tomorrow. That's without any insurance. When I called the corporate office they looked everthing up and agreed with me that the repair should have been done free of charge. The corporate office refunded this month's $39 charge and canceled my assurance plan. But I'm still paying $150 for a repair that should have been free.
