Its a family owned business and the inside is cluttered with computer parts, cords, and hard drives but they do good work and explained and communicated well. My cost was $95 and they put all the data onto 3 CD's for me to take home. They also repair TV's, servers, networks and really anything with a computer.

They made the process easy and were very accommodating in offering a way to ship the phone back to me since I live 3 hours away from the store. I'm so grateful for their hard work! By contrast, the employees of the Nashua, NH uBreakiFix store (where I originally had a noon appointment before giving up and trying the Salem, NH store) can best be described as "aggressively unhelpful." They said my online-scheduled noon appointment that day meant nothing and they didn't have time to work on my phone. They then said they don't work on water damaged phones at all and that I was wasting my time (despite "water damage repair" being a service offered on their website and Google Support specifically telling me this was the closest store to me--3 hours from home-for water damage repair). I suspected the only issue was the battery and when I said I wanted to take a chance and replace the battery, and I would pay for it out of pocket, regardless of whether it was successful in fixing the phone, they said they didn't have time and I'd have to leave my phone with them for days. What was the point of making an online appointment then where same day repair is promised? When I asked them if they could ship the phone back to me after repair since I lived 3 hours away, they literally scoffed and said "No we don't do that." Reaching the point of exasperation with their negativity, they told me to go to a different store. I'm glad I DID try a different store because the Salem location was 100% more friendly, did the repair I asked without hassle, and SUCCESSFULLY FIXED MY PHONE and saved my vacation photos. They called me and said that the charging port need to be replaced. They said if I waited till March 16th it would be covered for free but if I need it right away it would cost $200. I said I could wait On March 17th I called them to have them fix it and they said it would cost $200. I told them that they had told me that it would be free after March 16 and they said I misunderstood them. I asked how much it would be without the insurance and he said $400 which is ridiculous. He said that's deal or I can pick up the computer,which i did. I brought the laptop to another electronics repair shop and they told me it would be $150 to fix and it will be ready tomorrow. That's without any insurance. When I called the corporate office they looked everthing up and agreed with me that the repair should have been done free of charge. The corporate office refunded this month's $39 charge and canceled my assurance plan. But I'm still paying $150 for a repair that should have been free.
