I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.

The gentlemen told me he should be able to fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price and said that it would take 20 minutes or so and that if he could not resolve my issue he would not charge me. I left my phone with him after he assured me he could be trusted. (Let's face it, phones or not cheap these days!) I went back a bit early in case he needed extra codes etc. from me but the phone was all fixed back to its original layout and everything worked as if nothing happened! The screen stopped working correctly almost immediately: half my screen would freeze sometimes, but now today, my phone is completely inoperable. I'm taking it to Apple to see if they can replace this screen for a genuine one and fix the issue. I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. Either way, do yourself a favor and take your Apple products to Apple stores.
