Doing a whole house remodel. Tile down stairs and bathrooms. Carpet on stairs and second floor…read morerooms. Completely paint the interior, different rooms different colors. All trim/baseboards gloss white along with a wall of built in cabinets. 2 1/2 baths with all new fixtures for plumbing, lights and such. All starting with new ball valves and new connections and fixtures. All light switches and outlets and their covers replaced with new white ones throughout the whole house. All AC vents replaced with new white ones. Just completed and turned the Master bath back over to us. It is beautiful for a smallish Master bath. Took everything down to the studs almost and started over. Beautiful tile work by Noe! They are currently in the process of repainting the whole interior and re carpeting the second floor and living room. They have completed tiling on the first floor on the entry and kitchen and formal dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. Granite for new countertops being fabricated as we speak as well. Still trying to coordinate new kitchen cabinets. So far everything they have done has been beautiful work and they have all been very friendly and in good spirits like they enjoy their work! They arrive on time and get to work. We are living in while this is ongoing so they also make some allowances for us still being here. Nice little touches that still let us use everything as much as possible. We packed up all the little stuff into big plastic bins from Home Depot. they move the bins around and the furniture and stuff as needed. Big win there. I will post pics of the Master bath as it is done. Saw work they did years ago for my wife's boss and it still looked great! I was able to source the bathtub and plumbing fixtures and vanity and mirror and lights from Amazon. All he hinges and door knobs and fixtures changed to brushed nickel throughout the house instead of brass. Always willing to work with you on "touches" that make a difference in aesthetics. I can't recommend them enough at this point.

They did a fast job and renovated my entire house in 1 month, which would normally take 2-3 months. However when I sold the house, the inspector found major issues including a deck that was built not to code. Normally it would be fine because TJ will cover the work. Unfortunately, the work was so poor that the buyers did not trust TJ to fix it and refused that option. In the end it costed me a lot of money to credit the buyers so they can fix with someone else. TJs did not credit me back when I brought it up. I notice when things are going well, it's great. When I put some pressure or call out some things, they avoid conflict and not be as communicative, almost like avoidant attachment style. Overall I do really like the entire crew but they did cost me a lot of money so that's very unfortunate. I'm very well connect since I flip houses and have many friends and investors looking for top contractors and I would have easily given TJs so much work but i have given all the work to other contractors after this situation.

He used good quality materials and would provide suggestions and ideas, which we also found helpful. The team is attentive to detail and takes pride in doing good work. When we encountered a few things that weren't as we had expected, Carlos promptly fixed them. Our house was being built on a vacant lot in a decades old, established neighborhood. I then decided to hire them for the job. They came in at 7:30 A.M. in the morning to beat the summer heat. It requires piping and extension exhaust vent directly to outside top siding. Then gave me a very honest diagnosis for a short term fix and long term fix. I went with the short term for now and they came back the second day to fix it now the drain doesn't leak anymore. Our…read moreplumber, Fabian Ramirez (who is really, really great, btw) suggested these folks for the drywall/insulation repair after he fixed the plumbing issue. They communicated between the two of them and set up times independently (based upon our schedule, of course!) for the plumbing to get done and the drywall etc repair to start. Then like clockwork, the one was finished, the other arrived and took over. I cannot stress enough how gentlemanly and considerate these guys are. They covered all surfaces, moved furniture carefully, and lined the walkway between the front door, where they'd set up outside, and the pathway to our dining room where the repair work needed to take place. I'm working from home these days, and even though some of what they had to do was noisy, it was never obtrusive or distracting. They made sure to tent the area to keep debris, dust and noise to a minimum. In fact, they're taking their time to make sure the area is completely dry and secure before putting any finishing touches on the ceiling. AND they custom mixed paint into the popcorn they have to blow on so that it matches as closely as possible to our existing ceiling paint!!
