I got to try a couple of their items such as: - The Big Baby: this beauty is made up of sliced brisket, mac & cheese, and jalapeño and was phenomenal. The meat was so damn tender that you barely had to chew it. ($17) - The CC: this is their 3 meat plate with 3 sides and a dessert. I got their brisket, sausage, and spare ribs. Pork ribs are usually my fav, but the sausage here was the clear winner. It was PACKED with flavor and if you squeeze it, you can see all the juices come out. ($27) - Mac & Cheese: they take gruyere and extra sharp white cheddar cheese, mix it with the macaroni, add parmesan & bread crumb topping to give you some of the best mac & cheese that I've gotten from a BBQ spot.
