The meat was tender and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the sauce was addicting. I got there right at opening and waited over an hour for my food. Note that I also came in the middle of summer so everyone walked out of there with mosquito bites. Luckily, he did have bug repellent available for use. I'd come back to try more food, but would probably wait until the winter.

The owner is very friendly and made me feel at home, excellent service. The ambiance is very authentic, he even has a small bluetooth speaker playing latin music and everything. I got the Bussin fries and here are my thoughts. Crinkly cut fries were pretty good, crispy with good substance. Chicken was crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. My main issue was that the chicken really tasted like it was over-salted. I actually added extra pickles of my own to it to break up some of the salt. Even though, I had a tough time finishing it all just because of the salt content. I must've received a bad batch with a heavy hand. Other than that, the flavor was good, I just wish the chicken wasn't over-salted.
