I ordered garlic shrimp. The sauce was white and soupy. Wish the garlic sauce was a different consistency. But whatever the sauce was had plenty of garlic. The shrimp were very big! I used the remaining amount of sauce to give the yellow rice a boost. My husband had the chicken fajitas. He liked the portion size he had enough for leftovers. The chicken was tender. I thought it was cool this food truck has those buzzers like a restaurant so you're able to order food then wait in your car. I ordered a steak quesadilla. When I went to pay I saw on paper they had empanadas. I treated myself and stayed with both. The quesadilla came out hot. It had peppers, onions and some type of leafy green. I really dont like leafy greens so that turned me off a bit. Luckily it was light and could not be heavily tasted. The beef in the quesadilla was good quality and tasted good. The star was the beef empanada though. It was BIG and so delicious. The outside was nicely browned and crispy. The beef inside moist and flavorful. I almost went back today to get more. The next time I go I hope they have beef as well as cheese empanadas. I found the prices of what I ordered was reasonable.
