They want to get you to become a better version of yourself. Since I have been training consistently I've gained more strength. The staff at Nutra-Hut all around has been very encouraging and helped me gain more focus and strength physically and emotionally. Nutra-Hut indeed offers more than it being a Fitness and Nutrition 'Hut'. You are able to build relationships with the staff; it's a family atmosphere. After each workout you are able to choose a Fit-Whip. I've enjoyed each new flavor I've tried. Nutra-Hut allows you to taste before which is a plus espec. after you've been hittin hard! Since this was my first visit, she explained that they made protein smoothies, nutrition services, a gym and personal training. I was taken on a tour and there was a small gym in the back - WHOA, didn't expect that! What also surprised me was that this establishment has been here for many years, as in over 10 years?! Crazy how I didn't notice it before. Perhaps a change in management?! The owner then came out, and he introduced himself as Dennis. He spoke that they had a lot of clients and they are very supportive of the military as he was in the military as well. A trainer came in and also introduced himself as Brad. Super fit and a lot of energy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, etc. I was invited back with my husband to try a free personal training class.
