I want to start by saying I love their tuna fish sandwich for lunch during lent. So good toasted with tomato lettuce. We got a half a sandwich with a side salad and chips. Now the bad part. We were the only ones in the restaurant and after being seated and waiting almost ten minutes I got up to look for a waitress. The food here is always good. Our waiter seemed new and was super friendly and helpful. The dining room had multiple big parties she had to take care of together. No one came to help and at one point the manager walked right past us when we asked for refills (since our waitress was busy taking other orders) and would not help our waitress out. When near Cincinnati, you've got to have LaRosa's! It's been YEARS since I've had it and it did not disappoint. This location has a small dining room but they also do pick-up, as well. There's not much else eat that's decent in the area so why not?! The folks are friendly, the service is fast, facilities are clean, and the food is just as tasty as ever. We had two kids in our party and they both got the kids cheese pizza, which both enjoyed. My friend had the Calabrese flatbread and loved it, although it was too much for her (that's what take home boxes are for, an I right?). I had a cheese-free custom pizza; pineapple, ham , green peppers and banana peppers. So so good. I took half back to the hotel and ate the rest that night! So glad I got the chance to introduce my friend to LaRosa's! read more

Ordered during COVID for delivery to the Hampton inn at the airport. I was a bit concerned on the call in since it was a fairly automated call center that took the order. My brother, 7 yo daughter, and I order a small cheese and medium sausage pizza, traditional crust. It was the perfect amount for the three of us. However, I wish we had more it was so good. The call center said it would take 40 to 50 minutes. I walked down to the lobby at 30 minutes and the driver was just pulling up. It was still hot, almost too hot to eat, but not quiet; so perfect. We love LaRosa's Pizza, Hoagies, FOOD...period. HOWEVER, they do not have a Mask mandate for their employees. With the COVID mess still affecting people, this is NOT acceptable. My husband and I ate at the Hebron LaRosa's Friday, September 10. 2021. Now I'm not saying my husband was exposed to COVID or not. However, 2 days later he tested Positive. Yes, I know there are those of you who think 2 days is not long enough to have exposed him. That is not my point. I believe in my heart that wearing masks and personal hygiene, i.e. hand washing, coughing into one's arm, etc. is the absolute best way to slow down this stuff. I want to try the advertised stuffed pizza pie and so I have to drag my husband for unscheduled pizza night. This is a new-ish LaRosa's in northern KY, it's conveniently located next to Kroger's on Hwy 237. When we arrived we were seated right away, I have to ask the hostess to move us to a different table because she originally seated us next to the bathroom. This location is a little on the small side, and I don't like that a dining table is right next to a bathroom- maybe 2 feet away. The hostess seemed nice and accommodated my request since at that time the place was not busy- I observed there's plenty of unoccupied tables. The service was excellent to the point that it's too much/ the waitress keeps on stopping by our table every few minutes. Our waitress was very nice, accommodating, friendly and very attentive. I ordered the pepperoni rondos- it was delicious with sauce on the side. For pizza, we ordered the meat lovers doubled stuffed pie large and chicken flat bread pizza. Both were okay, nothing special. The flat bread pizza seemed to be lacking something, maybe a sauce. I can only taste the cheese, chicken and frozen spinach. It's a little off, it says it comes with sundries tomatoes which I see it's on the pizza, but I cannot taste it. The spinach on it tasted weird. Not my favorite. For the double crust pie, it's just too much dough- for me it's just like a glorified calzone. read more

We ordered a hogey/fries and a small pizza. It took 1 1/2 hours for our order to get to our home and we live less than a mile from the restaurant. This isn't the first time this has happened. I called a Supervisor and he "acted" surprised saying that our order was already out for delivery. When we got the food, it was cold so we threw it away. Waste of money and left us frustrated and hungry. There are plenty of other pizza restaurants out there so we will be ordering from them instead...had enough of LaRosas. OUR RESPONSE TO THE BELOW MESSAGE FROM LAROSAS: No thanks. We've given this LaRosas location multiple chances to get our orders right and improve. We don't want more free food - we want a better experience with orders. That's something the owner needs to address. Reduced staffing to save a buck only leads to a frustrating customer experience. Spend more money on appropriately staffing your locations and these kinds of things won't happen - simple as that. read more

The pizza was everything we had hoped for and remembered. The cheese is the real thing and strings out as you try to bite it. The sauce on the pizza is very good. It's more Italian than most pizzerias. It isn't laden with sugar or onion and garlic powder like many places. Americans are so used to things being loaded down with sugar and quick ingredients like the powders instead of chopping up fresh veggies and seasonings. Once you have or take time to make things the old fashioned way you probably won't want to go back to the fast way again. The quality of your product and and the freshness of taste will be noticeably different. That's what you'll get with your toppings at La Rosa's too. The freshness of the toppings is incomparable to most other pizza places. As for the crust, you can taste a little bit of the yeast in it. That is a great thing. Too many pizza crusts taste a lot like the cardboard that is often found underneath the pizza. There is a La Rosas's in Batesville, Indiana. That makes for a nice evening drive. Larosa's is a wonderful place - its a Cincinnati staple and wonderful. This location is pretty close to the airport, new, and very nice. First, if you've never been to a Larosa's, its an amazing, cheesy pizza with a special sauce that tastes like no other. The crust is a bit buttery, not quite cracker like, but thin and strong. Their pizza is not floppy. Its also never really greasy like. New York style. The only style it is is pure Cincinnati - with a tiny bit of crust and sauce and cheese flowing to the edge. Get the traditonal crust and traditional sauce. There is no other way. I'm a fan of just the plain pizza with my own added toppings. I eat the same way I always had it as a kid, only now they have roasted garlic! Yum! The menu is larger than it used to be, and his location has lots. I got a standard pizza with black olives and now garlic along with cheese covered breadsticks. The bake on everything was perfect! Usually Larosa's have the same flavors, but the bake and ratios of sauce to cheese vary by location. I'm not crazy. I spent 20 years of my life eating at this local chain. This location has bake and sauce to cheese ratio that is on point. It couldn't have been a better reunion (I haven't eaten it in a year or more, so I also may be a bit biased.) The staff was awesomely friendly and attentive especially considering it was Christmas eve. My drink was kept refilled and I was thankful as I just got off a flight. Everyone checked in with us and the service was just astounding. Definitely a Larosa's to stop in at right after you get off the plane to curb your Cincinnati pizza cravings. read more

I am starting to see why this place never has a wait, and has the 2 star ranking. The management here needs some training on appropriate customer service, and professionalism in the work place. We order the beer of the month, the waitress checked our age no big deal. We both frequently visit this location because it's local to our home. The manager serves our drinks with an iced glass, and leaves without saying a word. Then she comes back and says "I know I already served your drinks, but I need to see your ids." We both comply, she proceeds to read our information out loud as if to check if we are lying. I'm a little shocked by this treatment since I've ordered beer at this location before. She slides back our ids again not apologizing, or explaining her actions. The meal goes on, but on a sour note because we didn't understand the need for the questioning. The table in front of us also order beer I noticed that the waitress acted just as sweet, but the manager came around and slammed their drink down saying "this is yours I guess." I was appalled to realize that one she got their order incorrect and just assumed the man ordered the beer, and two that she didn't ask a single other table for an ID check. This is suspicious to me. The waitress apologized for the MANAGER'S actions and tried to save our meal. The food was good as usual, but I noticed that the manager walked over to our waitress before our waitress served us our bill. Our bill came when our main entree did. Seems like the manager was in a hurry to cover her actions. Until I see some true changes in the leadership at this location I won't support them. read more

I would give less than a one if that was possible. Honestly the worst service ever. We sat for 20 minutes and watched other orders being taken of people that came in way after us. Servers seemed to avoid complete eye contact as they walked by. Meanwhile there was only 5 other tables in the building so absolutely no reason as to why we would wait. The host tried to explain it was an error but as servers passed us you would have thought they would use common sense to ask if we were being taken care of. I tried to leave without ordering but my husband insisted on just waiting. I made the poor decision of going to this location verse the others and I will not make the mistake again. I find it completely ridiculous that not at any point did a manager come over and try to apologize for the mix up or situation. Our server ended up being super sweet and was new so I felt bad she had to be put in the situation without the backing of management. They really need to work on their customer service. read more

Had pick up from here a few days ago. Took advantage of a deal offering a large pizza at menu price with a medium 2 topping included for free. The large pizza was an extra cheese. The medium was green peppers and onions. What a huge disappointment. The large was dry with very little sauce and barely any cheese. There were tons of areas that had no cheese. I'm sorry, but extra cheese means extra cheese. Edge to edge and covering the whole pizza. I mean I did pay for it. The medium pizza had more sauce and more cheese, but the green peppers and onions were black/dark brown in color and complete mush. I'm assuming that the very low quality pizza that was served to me was due to the fact that it was part of a "special". Not sure, just a guess. I have never dined in at the Hebron location but have had it delivered, the last 3 pizzas were under cooked even though i asked for extra cooking on last one and had very few toppings compared to all the other Larosas I have eaten at. Tonight I thought I would try a steak hoagie with mushroom sauce which are usually very good at other stores. This one had no gravy on one half and very little on the other. The sauce was bland. I have lived in New York and Chicago so maybe I'm a little biased. It didn't taste bad, it was just very bland.

This location was nice and clean but had horrible service. When we arrived, we were seated by the hostess and told our server would be right with us. We waited close to 15 minutes before a sever came to our table. We were actually starting to get up to leave when she finally came over. During the 15 minutes, two servers passed our table on multiple occasions. Neither looked in our direction, said "I'll be right with you" or seemed to notice we were there. After we finally ordered, our pizza arrived but it was a thin crust and I had ordered hand tossed. When I asked the server if this was hand tossed she said, "no, you ordered traditional thin." She did offer to put in a new pizza for us. While we waited for the new pizza to made we sat with empty drinks and dirty salad bowls on the table while she passed by several times and never checked to see if we needed refills or needed any empty bowls to be taken away. When our new pizza came she boxed the wrong one for us to take with us which we did appreciate. However, once again we didn't see the server again until we finally asked for our bill.
