Rapid Fire Pizza is a pizzeria I found on Mall Road in Florence. They are known for having a technique for quickly cooking pizzas among other things. I got one their meat pizzas which came with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and ground beef among other things. It came on a relatively thin crust pizza that was nice and crispy and had what would call an average sauce that tasted fine. All in all a pretty good pizza especially for it's inexpensive price point. What was even better was their breadsticks which were fantastic. They do it flatbread style and is super delicious. The service was fine and the restaurant looked clean so yay for that. A definitely good cheap pizza option that is definitely on my radar now. read more

The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the crust was absolute perfection: buttery, flavorful, and delicious without being greasy. Every bite was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. What made the experience even better was the service. The young lady who helped me was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming--she gave a whole new meaning to excellent customer service. Stopped here and picked up a couple pizzas for dinner. They offer many different varieties or you can create your own! Personal pizzas or could be shareable between two people. We got two chicken bacon ranch pizzas on thin crust! They were so yummy! Quality and fresh toppings. You can really taste the difference. Also, the chipotle ranch was delicious and I highly recommend it. Service has been great everytime we've visited and the dining area has been clean. Yes - you could go to dominos or any other chain and get pizza for a similar/lower price but in my opinion this pizza is different. Higher quality ingredients and better taste. My office usually frequents this establishment on a monthly basis. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza is ALWAYS great. The staff are friendly and today was no exception. Driving through this town and was stopping for gas when a thunderstorm came. I looked for a place that had vegan options to wait it out. The place was the closest place that was not a national chain so I chose it. I am so glad that I did. When I shared that I was vegan and asked for the gluten free crust, the glove change happened instantaneously. I had the vegan deluxe. It was pretty good. The service was great. It's dear yourself and there are plenty to choose from. If ever I am back I would stop again. read more

You know what you're getting in advance because...well you're the one building the pizza! I think the size is around 11", if I'm not mistaken. My cousin lives this place. It's one of those create your own pizza type of places. Here there are options for a deep dish of thin crust or even no crust. You can also order a salad in lieu of pizza. They also have cheesy bread and other things you can order. You can choose a a pizza or salad from the menu or make your own. I always make my own. On my last visit, I ordered a salad. The salad you choose two cheeses and two meats. I doubled up on fresh mozzarella pieces and got chicken and jalepeno pepperoni for my protein selection. There is a variety of fresh toppings. I added tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and black olives and got Italian dressing. Note if you get pizza or bread sticks there are a ton of sauces to dip your crust into. The salad was okay. I wish I had asked for all spinach instead of romaine but the ingredients were fresh and it was a good size. Hubby enjoyed his pizza. Also note they do have a loyalty program where you get a free meal after so many visits. Also they have a Pepsi machine where you can add all the different flavors. read more

Stopped in to try this new place on the urging of my wife and daughter. Best way to describe this is pizza meets chipotle! They have several options, but I went with the build my own. Chose my type of crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings, then it cooks in two minutes. The pizza was delicious. I also tried one of their pepperoni sticks, a very tasty snack. This place is a very simple premise, but the product is good. They have online ordering now, and a loyalty card so you can earn a free pizza. Definitely worth trying out, and I'm sure we will be back again. read more

Quick and easy food, it's a chipotle for pizza?? Service was good, patient to my severe indecisiveness and the food came out within 5 minutes of ordering and being in the oven. I came around 8:30pm and they close at 10 but they put all of the chairs up before I got there and turned off the sign at 9pm which confuse me as a first timer here but people continue to walk through they continue to serve them. The pizza was good, not the best but it is what you make of it. They have a wide selection of sauces to get on the pizza and sauces near the drink dispenser to top off your pizza. This pizza was for my boyfriend and I but honestly this is more like a meal for one.. depending how much you eat, it seems like no matter how many I ate I was still hungry for more. read more

Pizza, salad, garlic bread were good. Mind you, the garlic bread is not just a "roll"- it is a 9" round garlic pizza- shaped bread- probably why it's $4. But it is yummy! The servers are the sweetest young ladies. The only complaint is that the place needs a good cleaning- it isn't filthy- it's just the finger prints all over the drink machine - the floor needs a good mopping. There was a tv screen that appeared to have grease splatters all over it. But the tv was not on. But the tables were mostly clean - yeh! One more thing- your name was supposed to be called when your order was ready- but when we checked after a few minutes of waiting- we went to see if our order was ready- and there it was- sitting on the bar- We never once heard our name called. Order was still warm- but not hot. So I give 4 stars- taking off 1 star for the oil splatters and finger prints that need cleaning. read more

I have Celiac Disease and as soon as I told the front line worker this she had them make my pizza in the back with fresh ingredients so as to not have any cross contamination with the ingredients at the toppings bar. I also lactose intolerant and they carry vegan cheese to help with that. They took great care on making my gluten free, dairy free pizza to ensure that I did not get sick. I've always had great experiences at this location! Before I was diagnosed with celiacs (need to eat gluten free) I liked this place, but even after I like it even more! When you order one of the gluten free crusts, they ask you if it's for allergy or preference, and when you answer allergy, they immediately change their gloves and one person makes your entire pizza on clean bakeware. They ask if you need all or just some of the toppings from beneath in their new bins of ingredients and are very attentive. I can eat here with confidence knowing I won't get sick. This place did not disappoint me, I came here to order dinner after work and to use my BYGO coupon. The set- up was like a Chipotle or Piada, but it's pizza, calzone and salad. The menu is easy to follow, when you order you can either have the preset pizzas/calzones or create your own. When I arrived- there were several costumers ahead of us, but the wait was not very long. I ordered three pies-Mac Daddy, Hog Heaven and Pesto Chicken. The offer is only for their 11" pizza, but it's plenty for everyone in my family. I also liked that the staff obliged me when I asked if she can add bacon and onion on my hog heaven pizza. There's also plenty of sauce that you can fill a togo container as dipping sauce- I choose to try garlic butter and Parmesan pesto. They are both delicious. For the pizza, the crust is just the way I like it- thin and crispy, the pizza are not overwhelming and the toppings make the pie really delectable! I ordered a gluten free crust and they were so careful about cross contamination and I really appreciated it! It can be stressful to eat out, beyond limited gluten free items to pick from, cross contamination happens so easily and will make me sick for days. She changed out her gloves and then took my pizza back to the fridge to the fresh tubs of ingredients that hadn't had shared utensils in them yet. I was super impressed! On top of the amazing care and service from the staff, the gf crust was also great! I was also able to go online and pull up their menu, which listed every individual topping and listed whether or not it was gluten free. I've recently had to switch to a gluten and dairy free diet due to dietary reasons and one of the things I missed most was pizza. I tried a frozen pizza that was dairy and gluten free and it was gross, so I was weary to try others. I got a recommendation to try rapid fired gluten free crust and vegan cheese. Their mandate is the idea of fast, tasty pizza-- a beautiful and admirable thing-- and they certainly deliver! (Not like delivery pizza lol) This place is a Chipotle style pizza joint. You have a choice among thin or pan crust and among plethora of sauces, cheeses, and toppings. I like to get the spicy red sauce with pineapple on thin crust. The kick in the sauce and the sweetness of the pineapple combine to make a raging party in your mouth! The pineapple always tastes fresh, unlike another pizza place of the same style (COUGH Pieology COUGH). Another great thing about Rapid Fired is their fancy drink machine. Yes, it's a Pepsi machine, and I, too, prefer the Coke ones, but there is an option for Sobe Lifewater. The Yumberry Pomegranate is my favorite. This is the GOAT. I recommend, pals! I love this pizza. I had to give it 3 stars due to the soda machine. There is only one, and many customers at any given time getting drinks. It's one of those really nice coke machines that let you choose ten flavors of coke or sprite or whatever. It's digital and a lot of people spend a good amount of time trying to choose their flavor. They also stand there and taste all the options while others are waiting behind them. It gets extremely annoying. Either get two soda machines or start postings signs reminding people to get their drink and move on. I've literally wasted many minutes of my life waiting for people to get their damn coke and get out the way Update : I got some pizza last month that was just so good.
