Their preparedness for handling stressful situations put me at ease even during times when I was caught off guard by Medicaid's paperwork. I didn't always return the required paperwork in a timely manner, but no fret, Diana and Jerry were still able to get both my parents approved. Justified that amount with it representing three months of care and after that Medicaid would pay for my spouse's future care. Enter the IRS. Do your research before diving into this process. Be sure of the amount of your assets that will be taxable. Do the math and double check your numbers. I liquidated a very large amount, representating over 35 years of building a legacy for my children. As fast as you can say 1040, the IRS is very likely going to present you with a costly surprise. My asset liquidation accrued over $300K in taxes, all of which was due April 15, 2026. Now I'm a delinquent taxpayer. Yes, this firm can do the job for you, but don't expect any personal recommendations or advice. After paying their fee, you are on your own to settle up with the IRS. Professionals who offer a service are only obliged to collect their fee and perform your requested task. Nothing more. It has certainly the biggest lession I have ever learned. Too bad I'm 83 and probably won't ever again benefit from my mistakes anymore. I'm sad that I two daughters and one granddaughter with Cerbral Palsy will never have the legacy I planned so many years to leave to them.
