Larry's is hands down my new go to! I was referred to them by the Firestone In the area. I got there around 11am and was out by 11:25am. I only needed an inspection but I've been to other places and waited a few hours. Terrell welcomed me from the time I opened my car door until the time I closed it to drive off. He explained the entire process to me and answered any questions I had thoroughly. The inspection total took him no longer than 10 min. Overall my experience was great! As a women I hate going to car shops because I always have to worry about if the mechanics are over charging me or telling me false information just to get me to come back and spend more money but at Larry's they actually take pride in being honest. There is a nice and cozy waiting area inside as well as a waiting area outside. I chose to sit outside since it was a nice day. Ps. Larry - The Larry - greeted me as i rolled up after 4pm on a Friday and guided my old minivan into the inspect bay like it was new Lamborghini. The insurance card was out of date - GROAN! - most places woulda thrown me off with "come back"... not Larry's: my insurance company got a call and my current coverage was verified. THAT is service. THAT is courtesy. THAT is valuing your customer's time and knowing the system. Super Ultra Quick and efficient inspect - a Fail - Buuut with succinct and excellent advice on WHY the Fail had happened and what to do for assist in a Pass [nothing shifty - i had pulled battery cable which reset all sensors... have to drive 50 miles non.stop to initialize them]. Larry is the best. We go to him whenever we need our cars inspected. There's never been a wait for our turn, but we do go in the middle of the afternoon on weekdays. We sit in the cute little waiting room for a few minutes until he's completed the inspection. It never takes more than 10 minutes to get everything checked out, and then we pay and are on our way.
