Well, what can I say about J & D Cycle? Firstly, thank you. I brought my bike in for what I…read morethought was going to be a routine service and hopefully, an intermittent issue that I had been dealing with for years would be addressed, instead of hearing the usual, "we weren't able to replicate the issue, so we don't know what you're referring to." Along with the usual service checks, their initial thought that I was missing a jet kit was correct. They also discovered that one of the diaphragms was damaged and sorted that out. Bike sounded great, ran great, job done. But, lo and behold, the damaged diaphragm wasn't the cause of the intermittent issue. Back I went, and wouldn't you know, my bike didn't misbehave at all in their care until I went to leave. Finally, a mechanic heard exactly what I had been trying to explain. So, back to work they went trying to chase down the problem. This was such an intermittent problem, they thought they had found the cause and fixed it. And once again, it reared its ugly head as I was about to leave. So back to work they went, once more checking everything over. After much head scratching and working through the usual culprits, the source of the problem had been isolated and addressed. I'm back on the road, and the bike no longer has an occasionally missing cylinder. Now the only question for me is, how far down that rabbit hole do I wish to go? I honestly can't recommend J&D cycles enough. When most bike shops only wanted oil changes or wouldn't touch a bike more than 10 years old (really??) J & D said, "Bring it in." I had an idea as to how much this was likely to run. What I was expecting it to cost and what it cost me in the end wasn't the same, it came in a little under what I thought it was going to cost me, so again, thank you!

If that was the ONLY problem maybe but, don't be amazed to see replaced bolts that are NOT even machine screws, maybe wood hardware & Teflon tape are what HD from the factory really intended to use.... No more, fool me once, never again. Such a shame, long ago this was the shop with integrity. M

I recently purchased a used Ranger 800 XP from Texas and took it to Rosedale Motorsports because I…read morewas having multiple issue with the unit along with a couple of torn/aged CV Boots. Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV. All in all, nothing but a great experience @ Rosedale Motorsports!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Indian Motorcycle of Albuquerque!!…read more I'm live in Connecticut, on Sunday (6/14) morning, the first ride of a 10-day vacation with 50 other riders (30 bikes), riding my 2015 Indian Roadmaster from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, for the first leg of our tour... Barely out of town, my clutch lets go.... I had the bike hauled to Indian Motorcycle of Albuquerque, even though they were closed Sundays and Mondays. I parked the bike out front and caught a ride so that I could meet up with the rest of the group in Madrid, then on to Santa Fe. At around 11 in the morning, I called the store to let them know my bike was out front and to ask what could be done to get it fixed.. of course, there was no answer.... I then tried sending a text to that number, just in case it would go through... I immediately received a "canned' text stating that they were closed on Sundays and Mondays. I'm beginning to think that my vacation is ruined... Less than 5 minutes later, I receive a text saying that they are contacting their Service Manager and they'd get back to me, in the meantime, they searched the country for a dealer with a clutch in stock... there are only 5 available in the whole country, they could probably have my bike fixed by the end the week, possibly the next week.... Vacation ruined... I then ask, what would they give me on a trade in for my Roadmaster, thinking if I bought a bike on Tuesday when they reopen, I could meet back up with the group in Durango, Colorado... They say their Sales Manager, Smokey, would call me... Smokey calls me and says he's going into the shop to take a look at my bike, just in case there's something easy they could fix... he calls a few hours later to let me know that it is the clutch and gives me a pretty good number for what they'd give me for my bike on trade. He then absolutely shocks me and says that they're willing to come in on Monday, their day off, to get me back on the road. I picked out a "left-over" 2025 Roadmaster Darkhorse PowerPlus 108, with the 200-watt audio system! I show up on Monday morning, Smokey and Eric are already prepping the bike. I asked them to install a heel shifter and armrests. I'm swapping everything from my old bike to the new, when they inform me that they don't have the "Darkhorse" armrests, but they did have the black pads. So, they swapped the armrests from my old bike (chrome) to the new... At some point Denise (the GM) came in to do the contract and financing, again, this is their day off!!! She had other places to be! The whole process was flawless! The only problem was GEICO, the binders they kept sending over were wrong, that was probably the longest part of the whole ordeal! They had me back on the road, on my new bike, before 11AM I cannot thank them enough for saving my vacation and going above and beyond with incredible support and customer service. If you're looking for a new motorcycle, look at Indian Motorcycle of Albuquerque first!! They took care of me when I needed them the most, on their days off, even !!!
