I was incredibly stressed because I couldn't get my car in an collision shop earlier than 10weeks out and places were even so busy they wouldn't look at the estimate from my insurance... I called DLM and they told me to bring my car in asap.. Not only that but they whole process was very smooth. They had my car done in under two weeks. They finished my car and washed it not once but twice due to the rain that occurred the day before.. they were so kind and I really can't speak highly enough of Darryl and his team!

Once a year or so, I like to get my car washed, waxed, and detailed. It's good for it, and I can't…read moredo it myself. In this case, it had been three years since I had done it; with COVID, it just didn't happen. I googled places to get your car detailed in ABQ, and this came up. I love all the services they offer, especially the clay bar and wax, because that gets all the impurities off the paint and makes it like glass. I called on Wednesday, and they could take it on Friday. They even gave me a loaner car which was great; it freed me up to run errands and go home. The radio didn't work in it, but it was a complementary ride, so I really can't complain. He quoted me 299+ tax, and that's precisely what it was when I came to pick it up. It could have been more depending on the filthy ness of the vehicle. I dropped it off just before 9 am, and it was ready at 2 pm. The outside looked glossy, and shiny, except for a few places with water drops, but they were on the lights. The all-weather mats were clean and glistened like they had been oiled; I think they looked better than when they were new. The leather seats were shiny and everything smelled so nice. I was very impressed until I found a few remaining frys under the front seat when I moved it to get my phone that I had dropped. That made me feel like he could have done a more thorough job with the vacuum. However, I'm very happy with the job overall and would recommend to others!
