I needed advice about cleaning a small area of carpet. Spilled Damprid liquid on it, then spread that over a larger area. Left a horrible, oily goop all over. Damprid's recommendation was not working. I emailed Larry to ask if there were other methods. He gave me a thorough response that included "stay away from other methods."
