I needed advice about cleaning a small area of carpet. Spilled Damprid liquid on it, then spread that over a larger area. Left a horrible, oily goop all over. Damprid's recommendation was not working. I emailed Larry to ask if there were other methods. He gave me a thorough response that included "stay away from other methods." I ran my Dyson prior to his arrival and he still caught up quite a bit with his heavy duty machine. I'm still in awe as to how clean our carpet is after Larry worked his magic! After our renter moved out, we noticed there were lots of stains on the carpet.
