Went today for the last time!!! I have been to this…read morelocation 6-7 times since 2023 (I commute for work and go 3-4x a year...) so I have spent some money there...usually the service is great.. today??? Not so much. It took an HOUR for me to get my car into the bay (while cars on the other side/lane were going ahead.. I even heard an employee ask "How long has she been here?" Pointing to my car as they were letting another car going into the other dock ahead of me. I spoke with a manager who gave me 15% off. FIFTEEN. Clearly being a regular there and having spent at least $1000 there isn't worth more than 15% off for waiting an hour and having two cars that arrived after me being serviced next to me. They apologized profusely... (insincerely) but I was past the apologies.. I told the manager 15% off is NOT enough for the wait and the clear lack of awareness the damn staff had. In their infinite wisdom after realizing that I had been there so long, they then finally started telling the other people waiting that it was going to be a longer wait... (you don't say!!!!) Learn to have awareness and communicate with your guests before these issues arise. And maybe more than 15% for those of us who have come to your location several times and spent money and have an issue such as this be "rewarded." (The words that were used..) 15% is a damn insult!!!!!!!! Lost my business. But apparently you don't give enough of a shit anyway. Best of luck. You will certainly need it.

Instant oil change places aren't known to be the best places to get your oil changed so my review…read moreis based with that in mind. The staff was friendly and they performed the oil change. They tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff, which is to be expected in these places. I knocked them off a star because I had a warning light when I went in that one tire was low on pressure. They never checked the tire pressure, so the light was still on when I left. However, the receipt said they checked my tire pressure and that it was good. You don't really save money here. They charged the same as the dealership and give less service for it. But, no appointment is needed and you get to sit in your car while they do the work. I don't think I will use this place regularly, but I might come back in a pinch if I need a quick oil change and do t have time to go elsewhere.

Camarillo Valvoline: Service you can't see…read more Experts you should NEVER trust. I have add two separate incidents at this Valvoline that will ensure I will never come back. The first occurred in January of this year when I went in for service and (against my better judgment) opted for a tire rotation. We left the shop thinking everything was fine and got a call from the tech saying that the tires have not been fully torqued and they could potentially fall off. They said they would come and find us, so they proceeded to drive to our location. Luckily we hadn't driven far and we were attending a wedding reception nearby but we had to deal with this in the midst of that. This is a egregious safety violation and could have resulted in our harm. The service technicians were very apologetic and nice however it is still highly unacceptable and dangerous. Valvoline gave us a free oil change, in exchange for our near-death experience. The second occurred today when having gone into this Camarillo location. Several things: -They didn't check my lights yet I saw on their checklist that they marked they were good . -They didn't check my tire pressure at the beginning of the service so I had to ask. -I wasn't shown my air filter. I had to ask them about it at which they said my air filter was "underneath my vehicle". This is blatantly false, and a straight up LIE. I removed the air filter myself after the service and this is the result. -I asked for a printed receipt, they never provided. THIS WILL BE THE VERY LAST TIME I EVER TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. HORRIBLE. They couldn't care less and just want to get you out as quickly as possible.

After having it checked out. Updates were shared via their portal which keeps the customer informed which is not what I was expecting. Very impressive! Car went in on Thursday and was picked up on Friday and the AC is back to ICE COLD! Greg was professional from the time I called in, to the time I picked up my vehicle. First, I do want to take a moment to thank my service advisor Andrew, he is everything you want a service to be. He was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly, he kept in constact contact with me in all of my visits to the shop. The other thing I really liked about this place was the way that they send you a detailed report with pictures of the issues they find with your vehicle and classify them as urgent/routine. This really helped me proritize the services that were really needed versus the ones that could wait for another visit. And lastly, I love the fact that at no point in our interaction did I feel pressured into any services or was I forced to use them for specific products. I told them I was getting my Tires at costco, mostly for the cost and they were very honest with me when they said they could not beat their prices. For these reasons is why I am now choosing ABC Auto Care as my primary source for Auto repair needs.
