After having it checked out. Updates were shared via their portal which keeps the customer informed which is not what I was expecting. Very impressive! Recently I've had a few different car problems come up that needed to be addressed and I am glad I found a place like ABC Auto Care. First, I do want to take a moment to thank my service advisor Andrew, he is everything you want a service to be. He was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly, he kept in constact contact with me in all of my visits to the shop. The other thing I really liked about this place was the way that they send you a detailed report with pictures of the issues they find with your vehicle and classify them as urgent/routine. This really helped me proritize the services that were really needed versus the ones that could wait for another visit. And lastly, I love the fact that at no point in our interaction did I feel pressured into any services or was I forced to use them for specific products. I told them I was getting my Tires at costco, mostly for the cost and they were very honest with me when they said they could not beat their prices. Just finished a pre-purchase inspection at ABC Auto Care for a used dealer car that had Carfax damage reported. First time at ABC! Review: - Expert Service. Issac was very helpful in the office, and easy to talk to. - Expert diagnosis: Rafael in the shop performed both complete service inspection and alignment inspection. He identified important damage unavailable on Carfax report. Backed up everything with detailed photos pointing out damage and also excessive outer tire wear issues etc. and made all necessary recommendations for me to take with me to the dealer. - Expert Follow-up: They talked me through the whole diagnostic inspection, and then emailed me the complete inspection report within the hour. We took our Prius to the dealership, like we usually do, and was told our car needed a transmission fluid change at its mileage, per the manual. I thought I'd save $30 by coming here. The car did not leak any fluids, was in perfect shape. Took it here and paid several hundred dollars. I got back a car that was leaking transmission fluid all over my garage. When I called they said they had no availability till the next day. Unprofessional amateurs. Don't trust these hacks with any repair, they cant even change fluids in a car correctly. The guy Lee just completely lied his ass off, in his response. I called at 10:06 AM, and was told that no appointment was available the same day and was told the soonest they could see it was the next day. Your tech admitted to messing up the gasket and you guys did (seemingly) fix it. So ill only add one star, because i still have to clean a stain on my garage floor and your response contained a lie. read more

The guys there will not try to upsell you and if anything they do their best to work with you! The even go above and beyond to wash your car after service! I recently had a horrible experience with ABC. I took my Tesla Model S by there on Tuesday 11/11/25 because they were listed as certified mechanics for Tesla so they could look at it to make sure they could do the repairs for a window regulator because my window wouldn't go up. Andrew confirm that they can do the repairs. So I Called back Wednesday morning to schedule the service for Thursday morning at 8 AM I droped off the car Thursday morning and I spoke with Andrew who said they could install the regulator for $415 and if I want I can do a diagnostic for another $200. I declined the diagnostic and just did the repairs he told me the vehicle should be ready about 2 PM that day and they gave me a ride home I waited almost the entire day and I get a call back from Andrew about 1 PM stating that they're still working on it. The car wouldn't be ready until between 4 and 5 PM. He calls me back about 445 and I already knew something was wrong based on the tone of his voice had changed and he states that we ran into an issue you're gonna have to replace the motor for the window regulator. I told him no that's not true. I have a mechanic. I've already had the mechanic take the door apart and check the regulator originally we were gonna replace it but the part we got from O'Reilly didn't fit. It was gonna take two weeks to order the part from Tesla so I decided to just have it repaired by ABC because my window was still down and I couldn't roll it up and it was supposed to rain Thursday. I had my mechanic check the motor and the buttons to make sure they worked properly and didn't need to be replaced. I asked Andrew did you fix anything? He said no the window is not coming up so I said I'm not paying you any money unless the work was done and I'm coming to pick up my car now he states that the car has to be picked up tomorrow because the technician already left for the day and they didn't put the door back together, so I would have to pick it up in the morning. By this time, I am very heated and angry of the unprofessionalism that this guy Andrew has displayed to me. I asked him don't you guys close at 5:30 and he stated yes but I will wait for you. I asked him to send an Uber. He said I will send an Uber. 15 minutes go by I don't get a text from an Uber. I don't get a call from an Uber so I call Andrew back when I call back. Andrew has left for the day he lied again when he told me he would wait for me. Somebody else answered the phone and said he's not available but we'll get you a Uber. I talked to some guy I believe his name was Isaac and he said he would send a Uber. I got a text two minutes later. Uber picks me up. Take me to ABC when I get there. Isaac tells me I apologize, sir. We don't need to replace the motor and it was miscommunication between them and the technician and It works fine. They got the window to work. It's just making a little squeaky sound now. So at this time, I'm thinking to myself like so y'all lied to me and tried to screw me out $1000 when it wasn't even true. He apologized again. He says you'll have to pick it up in the morning after my technician puts it back together. He gave me a loaner car because I told him I had to go pick up my kids. I call them at 8:30 Friday morning. Ask Andrew is the vehicle ready and he says yes you can pick it up. When I get there, Andrew apologizes and tells me it was miscommunication, which is bullshit. y'all are supposed to be professionals. Don't tell me there's miscommunication you blatantly lied to me to try to take $1000 from me but since I told him I had a mechanic check it he backtracked. I would advise not to do any business with this place they're dishonest, and they're just trying to take money from people I will never take my Tesla back to them when they say they're certified mechanics for Tesla. I will take my vehicle to Tesla for repairs from now on. I'm totally disgusted with this place and their professionalism. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else. read more

I will not be returning to your business. I've been a very loyal customer and have spent good money at your shop. Most recently I got a brake flush, oil change, filter change, and 4 new tires (even though I got new tires in 2022). I trusted your staff only to get my car back with my sensors lighting up shortly after I picked it up. It was Friday so I had to wait till Tuesday to bring it back. Your staff then said I have to pay another $400 bc the sensors need changing. Sensors were working fine before. I have the sense that your staff are scammers and I'll never recommend anyone to your shop. No apology from your staff. You broke it, but won't even make it right. Dishonest. Negligent. Horrible Service. 0 stars. Worst business I've ever interacted with. Cost me thousands. Took my 97' jeep in for an electrical issue in late 2024. Paid ~$1200, they kept my jeep for 6 months sitting on their lot, didn't fix the issue, and didn't refund me. I picked it up twice over this time-period when they got it started and broke down within 10 miles of shop both times. Paid out of pocked for tows back to shop. I regularly asked for updates and was apparent they weren't prioritizing it. Would get texts back saying they were waiting on parts. 5 months in they said they mis-diagnosed what they thought was the issue. When I picked it up last, shop manager admitted "We've been negligent with your vehicle over last 6 months", told me it wasn't prioritized, he wasn't aware they'd had it that long, and still refused to refund me. Owner was in shop that day and avoided me when I asked to speak with him directly. Emailed him a week earlier politely asking for my vehicle to be prioritized and received no response. Don't trust this business. Don't give them any business. read more

ABC auto care really saved our family during an extremely challenging situation and the kindness and attention they gave us is important to acknowledge . On our road trip, our electric vehicle began to make strange noises. With no service center close by, we randomly pulled into ABC auto care and asked if they would be willing to look and see if there was a "quick fix" w the wheel that seemed to be where the sound was coming from. I had two toddlers with me and we were extremely stressed- they took the car in and inspected it immediately. They found issues w the bolts being loose and even took the time to try to see if it was something they could fix. Unfortunately it wasn't given the nature of the vehicle but regardless, they prioritized us when they had no reason to. They even drove my husband to get a rental while I stayed in their shop w my two kids for hours. I used to bring both of my cars here. Last time i brought my Tacoma for an oil change they called to say my newer Toyota battery was cracked and needed to be replaced. When i arrived to pick up my truck they could not find my allegedly cracked battery. The piece of crap they replaced it with has died on me twice now. I feel so ripped off. My Brother and I, once again, decided to use ABC Auto Care when my Brothers' car had the engine light and certain computer codes coming on. We were so pleased with them the last time we felt we would be well taken care of this time as well and we were. Andrew kept us apprised of what was being done to the car and what the costs would be as they progressed. We also received a detailed email describing what they found needed to be addressed and the cost. We found the whole staff to be friendly and courteous and Lee, the owner once again came out to talk to us. We also met Lisa, Lee's wife while picking up the car. She also made us feel comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of promptly. Took my car in for repair. I had to contact multiples times to receive status. I was finally informed that they needed my car over the weekend even though I scheduled my service ahead of time. Once I got my car back after service I noticed a noise coming from mr AC. I then returned my car for a new evaluation and it was determined that a leaf got in the exhaust of the AC during the service. AAA tried to charge me for the repair even though they caused the noise. I refused to pay. I now found out two weeks later that they provided an incorrect assessment on the status of my brakes. I now am taking the repair elsewhere. Horrible experience. They were extremely busy so he let me know up front that it would take a couple days to get too. He offered a loaner car and or a ride if needed.
