Had so many repairs that needed to be done to it that were below the 'surface of the eye' that could have put our family and $40,000 camper in serious jeporady. The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate. Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4)…read moreletters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.

Liked the seat and went ahead and ordered the pillion adventure seat the next week during business hours. Wasn't even an hour later and I already had an e-mail saying the seat has shipped. Only regret is I should have ordered both seats at once to save on shipping but that's not the shop's problem--I wanted to make sure I liked the first seat before ordering the second so that's all on me.
