$28,000 vehicle from here is now GARBAGE. $12,000+ in repairs for Mainly a Engine that is spitting out metal shavings in oil now. Thanks RDA. Jackie whoever she is there texted me asking for information about my trade in. Said I'll be back to you "in 2 mins" never heard from her for days. Sent her a message days after telling her I didn't need a car. First thing she says is "oh great but we have vehicle service and we are for the poeple" if you are for the people the tf you didnt text back to even say "i can't help you" crap sales agents that aren't trying to help you buy a car. Return customer. I loved my car I got from Right Direction Auto 5 years ago. I use them for my vehicle services and inspections. At my recent inspection appointment, I just commented I might start looking for an upgrade. Jordan, Jackie, Mike and Joe all worked with me for vehicle size, all my "need to have options", "would like but not a deal breakers" and if I wanted certain colors. Right Direction Auto should be renamed "wrong direction auto" I'm giving one star because you have to give something to post your review. Avoid this company at all costs. I had my 2012 Honda towed there after the alternator stopped working. I was absolutely sure it was the alternator and told the girl at the counter that. I also told the mechanic that. She advised that they run a diagnostic for $70 to confirm that and I agreed. A few days later ( because of the snowstorm)I received a text that the mechanic had run the diagnostic and that the alternator was charging at proper output but the serpentine belt needed replacement. The battery needed replacement. I agreed. The total bill came to $631. I paid my bill and when driving the car home, the battery light came on again and all the electrical powered options began to run slowly. I called right direction auto and advised them that they had not corrected the problem. They told me to return the vehicle so they could "make it right". I brought the vehicle back and the following day I received another estimate for around 500. I spoke to the service manager who advised that the mechanic did the wrong diagnostic on the alternator and it was indeed bad. I asked him how he was going to make it right. He advised that he would not be adjusting the bill. He advised that I got 10% off for being a veteran and that was good enough. So my alternator, which I told the mechanic was bad and should have cost me no more than around $450 ended up costing me over 1,100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY VEHICLE REPAIR! Not to be trusted! I totally failed myself by purchasing a vehicle with this dealership despite my gut not to trust the salesman. Jordan sold us our vehicle and he was very unsure of processes and procedures. Not only that, but we were having issues as soon as the first 30 days of purchasing. Now, 8 months later, our vehicle is in the shop with electronically issues that we're being told is not covered by the warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Very unhappy with this shop. I took my car in on Wednesday and asked them to look at it and tell me any problems it had. Ok..they said it needed a stabilizer bar. I said nothing else? Ball joint and everything is ok? He said everything is good. Got the stabilizer bar and a window fixed that wouldn't go up. Almost $400 Ok. I paid it. Took my car today for tires and was told I needed ..rear shocks, also leaking, both lower and front ball joints, right outer tie rod, rear right calipers and a alignment. Not sure why this shop didn't want to take my money and fix issues. It's ok though, they are being reported!! The place I had the work done at said the wheel was about too fall off. They not only risked my safety but my fiancé and children's safety as well. Not cool at all! They don't even deserve one star but had to give to post this. Lol. read more

Hands down the best small dealership in town! Being family owned, you can tell they really care about their customers. Very competitive pricing, and I really like how they have a full fledged shop on site to take care of any servicing and/or repairs. Will definitely be returning to RDA for maintenance, but also for future purchases! Highly recommended! read more
