I went in to get my brakes change, But it turned out that I needed new rotors and the calipers were shot. Louis the main guy there was very professional and was able to help me out under budget. It didn't take them long to do the work I waited while a watch tv in their lobby. Even tho I was low on cash they didn't make me feel less important. I hope they keeping doing well. I called in to these guys to price brakes and tires on our SUV. Their price was over $1,000 for the same price another place in Midland had priced at $750. They told me if I got that price there, I needed to go there. I priced the brakes which came out to $250 where another shop had $78. When I asked them if they could help me break down the price, the guy yelled something in Spanish and hung up on me. I called back, he answered the phone and hung up in my face. I would NEVER do business with these guys and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. read more

I called yesterday to see about a Michelin tire. Gave the lady the specs and she checked with Louis. She came back and they did. I told her to make sure it was Michelin. She checked with him again and he said yes and it would be 150.00. I went down today to have it put on. He said "it's a Firestone. Same tire". I told him I knew it was NOT the same. He said he could order it but it wouldn't be in until Tuesday and it would be over 200.00. Meanwhile I had been sitting in a super hot office for 30 minutes. I told him what he did was illegal. Called to make an appointment to get my breaks changed on the phone I was giving one price when I get there I was told it was a different price I then told them this is the price I was given and luckily it was tru text so "they did it at that price" finding out later that they did not change my breaks but still charged me. That is wrong and I have contacted the better business bureau to report them. I did contact the shop to see what they thought and they don't really care they are just scamming people out of their money. Their time will come read more

I heard a lot of good things about this place and decided to come and check it out. i needed my parking break welded where the plate meets the cord in the middle console. they told me over the phone it would be a 10 minute fix. i was there for 40 minutes the first day and they took my back tire off and broke my wheel stud and i was late to work. they didn't even fix what i went there for and broke something in the process, not only that but my tire is now missing my center cap and you can't get a new one anywhere! i went back the next day to get my new wheel stud put on and get an ESTIMATE on how much it would cost for them to fix my parking break and they come get me 20 minutes later, said they fixed my parking break and it would be $40. which, great, i wasn't planning on spending any money that day but if it's fixed awesome, only $40! well, it isn't fixed. they charged me $40 for squat. so i'm out $40, an hour of work, and im missing a center cap that is impossible to replace. thanks for nothing guys. read more
