On particular name Josh, he is very rude and disrespectful.. after 1 week of closing my account they still took it upon themselves to charge my bank even after I had just spoken to someone 24hrs prior to make sure that they closes it and I would not be charged. Great service! Great people! Once my wife and I walked in we were greeted. It wasn't the typical greet, young gentlemen walked towards us and introduced himself.
