Had them put 35's on a my 2026 ram 2500 with 500 miles on it, Left their shop and 20 mins later one of my sensors was not working, went back and told them and they told me I had to go buy another sensor and they would charge me to put it on... They broke it up but yet it's up to me to buy another sensor and pay them again to replace it... Should of read the reviews before going to this place... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I had a leak on a new tire about a couple of months old and took it to these guys for a flat repair and I'm guessing they were in a hurry or to me they just don't give a rats behind , they inserted a plug on a new tire , no it's leaking again after taking to them twice, I'm guessing that I'm going to have to buy another new tire thnx to these guys ( service no and these days suk) it's like someone is bothering them instead of us giving them work . read more

Do not go here, they won't do anything they say they're going to do. I went to get my lift put in/new tires put on &' when I went to drop my truck off the guys said he would trim everything he needed to keep it from rubbing &' when I picked up my truck they said it was only rubbing a little bit &' I would need to get an alignment so it wouldn't rub at all, it was like they didn't trim anything they just slapped my lift on &' left it like that. I couldn't even turn left, it was rubbing so bad it was pushing the steering wheel back to the right so I took it the next morning to get an alignment &' it still rubbed after that, took it back to them to see if they could fix it, the manager was there &' said he could so they trimmed off the crash bars which helped quite a bit but it still rubs to this day. read more

i 100% recommend anyone to go here. litzy, Cesar & Oswaldo went above and beyond for me. I came in to look at rims for my mustang and we agreed on a pair and went inside and started to see how much everything was going to cost me. They gave me a number and i didn't like it so much. They called their manager and had him bring the price down exactly where i wanted it. They stayed open 2 hours past their closing time so that they could go to one of their other shops and pick up tires for me. They drove all the way back and called me to meet them up there. They changed all 4 of my tires and rims and even DROVE MY OLD TIRES BACK TO MY HOUSE. Those guys were Bada$$ and i would 100% recommend them for some kind of raise or a couple paid days off. i recommend anyone reading this to go to texas tires and ask for those 3 to help you! they did not have to do ANY of that for me at all!! The guy I dealt with was good but clearly the guys in the back are not up to snuff. They did not balance my tires or put the air to the recommended PSI. Also they had to install a temporary tire as the said one tire had a problem, then the next day nobody showed up to work and I had to wait another day to get it . Went in today with my husband to get a price on tires for my husbands rims and a leveling kit. The receptionist was nice at first but I don't know what she told the manager that made him get a bad idea of us but when the manager came out he already had a attitude and smart a** remarks. Their prices were ridiculous. My mother in law had got more work done on her truck 2 weeks before and payed way less than they were charging us. We went somewhere else where we paid 1,000 less and had great customer service and didn't get treated like crap. Don't waste your time here. You will come out in a bad mood due to poor customer service and a disrespectful manager. Don't mind the one star rating I had to rate 1 star to be able to post my review lol. I was in a bind when I came here I was towing my trailer from midland to Austin, I told them I tow a lot of trailers so I needed a tough tire, little did I know they put three 10 ply tires on my 3500 GMC duramax and one 12 ply I called them directly to get it fixed they wouldn't help, so I went to a Texas tire in central Texas and showed them my receipt (nice guys by the way) and the manager said he'd never seen anything like this before or why they would put 10 ply tires on my truck, they gave me corporates number so I called them and the customer service lady didn't want to help and pretty much told me to kick rocks, then SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I'd go to discount tire they won't put unsafe tires on your truck that will prematurely wear save yourself the trouble this company isn't morally sound. im very thankful I didn't have a blow out and kill someone or my self just trying to help the next guy out don't make the same mistake I did!!!!
