Upon paying for my policy I was charged 630$ however I was never given a receipt & looking at my paperwork I understand why!! The paperwork is claiming I only paid $304.38 sooo what happened to the remaining $325.62?!?!? I was NEVER told about a broker fee! I was explained the full amount was for the down and first month yet my paperwork shows I only paid $304?!! Can I have someone explain where the rest of my money went?!? Seems like stealing from your clients is the business you're running.

Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.

I was unaware what could be deducted so it was Emily's job (the tax preparer) to help with me that. Don't get me wrong she was very nice women but she basically screwed me over by asking me whether or not I want to save money and of course I did at that time. I was informed and advised that renovations and closing cost could be written off as long as you have proof of payment. Unfortunately not according to the IRS. I provided the IRS with receipt proof and bank stammers of all the renovations that were done and now I owe them a total of $1,461.18 You know what's even funnier I didn't even get that much money back when I filed my taxes and now I owe the IRS money. I'm very lucky to have enough money saved up for emergencies like this but not everyone does especially with the pandemic and the world in shambles. Lesson learned I'll be filing with someone else.
