First issue: the restaurant isn't wheelchair accessible. There are steps to get in and no ramp. The only option was a tiny front patio with about 8 tables. I parked my electric wheelchair next to a table and my wife sat beside me. Since the restaurant was empty at the time, we told the waitress we'd move if other customers needed the space. From the start she seemed annoyed we were there and made comments about blocking the path, plus eye rolls and faces when we explained the situation. We were a group of 6, but only my wife, 2 kids and I sat at the patio table. My sister and niece ordered and sat separately. When the check came, it was for all 6 on one bill. She had added a $25 gratuity. We were also charged $1 more for shrimp fajitas than the menu price, and a $5 credit card fee that was never disclosed. When I asked her to remove the gratuity since we weren't seated together as one party, and to fix the overcharge + credit card fee, she got argumentative and rude. Said the "machine charges that" and insisted we pay the gratuity because we were 6 people, even though we couldn't access the inside dining room. The owner did come out, was patient, listened, and apologized for her behavior, the menu pricing, and not disclosing the credit card fee. He fixed the bill. We ended up paying $141 instead of almost $175 for: 1 large carne asada quesadilla, 1 small chicken quesadilla, shrimp fajitas, 1 michelada, 2 drinks, and 2 extra plates. The food itself was okay,

There were lots of people from the office building and a really long line and the truck did not seem to be able to keep up with the demand and it was one of the first cold days of the season, so that was a bit of a bummer. It was chewy and unappealing. I really only like my pig snouts/cartilage in the form of a char-broiled Sahlen's hot dog. A 4 only because it's the only place nearby serving this food so that I don't have to drive into the City of Buffalo. I'd love to see more people patroning this restaurant. I placed an order for the lunch combo and the food was cooked quite quickly which was a surprise. I opted for one beef and one chicken with the rice. Beef was a touch on the bland side, it definitely could have used more seasoning. The chicken though was fantastic, it was juicy and had a good amount of flavor, the rice was the same. Moist and flavorful, definitely was quite delicious. I'm planning to return sometime soon to try some more offerings.
