Well, in the area stopped in with an employee of mine who recommended this location for lunch. There was ample parking outside, which for the area you know is not often the case. We started with the Chicharron. This was absolutely delicious. I was able to bring some home to my husband and he even enjoyed it even though it wasn't hot and fresh as when I had it at the restaurant. For my main meal, I had the pork sandwich. It was so soft and juicy. It also had great flavor. The service was actually pretty quick and we were able to get in and out timely. I was surprised when I walked in as the exterior looks a little bit older, but inside you can tell that the restaurant has been remodeled and was updated and current. Terrible experience the colada was awful and their pastries were terrible. I came here over going to a chain restaurant with the hopes of supporting local business. It was a rip off especially the tequenos. The tequenos are no bigger than 3 inches and they charge full price. read more

I have tried their sandwiches and several meals and they are spectacular! I highly recommend this place. When you pull up you can smell the wood burning from their smoker. Next time I am going to try the ribs. read more

A combo plate will give you either chicken, steak or pork/rib combo. They all come with three sides, I normally get the rice beans and plantains (shocker I know). Came in with a party of 12 about 1pm. They were quick to help us get seated and served. The food was amazing and we love bringing business to local businesses. The only complaint is there are no menus, so I had to take a picture and send out a group text. Secondly it was a bit pricey for lunch. I would rate it about 2 dollar signs. Other than this I couldn't complain. The waitress was quick and brought us everything we needed. They made sure we felt at home and were very quick to attend to us. It gets packed but there are plenty of tables and the service is quick. No menu, daily specials are written behind the counter or your waitress will be more than happy to run it down for you. Sides are your typical rice, beans, yuca, plantains etc... I ordered the churrasco medium rare, my friend ordered the ribs. My churrasco came perfectly cooked. Juicy, tender and with a distinct grilled flavor that made my taste buds cry for joy. The ribs were smoked, dry rub, no sauce (none needed) and you can see the smoke lines on the side of the meat, equally as delicious.
