The front office staff and the maintenance team are always very professional and very helpful anytime I need assistance.

Horrible management. Picks and chooses which rules need to be followed and by who. They ignore complaints about damaged property and charge for parking while trying to dictate what you do with the car. She will watch if a car is moved daily but won't address the homeless/theft problem. Security is also a joke. read more

Ghetto Management and UNPROFESSIONAL. I thought it would be a good location next to freeway in and out and shopping center and Park but owned by slumlords. My friend lives there and was thinking of buying but they pay so much and I heard this Diana llk to her and she's rude sounds like she has a 2nd grade education, and unfair. She is sexist to women and men hungry only nice to male tenants. I couldn't believe how she spoke to her. They nitpick on the homes to fine & don't fix anything. the play ground is so basic, there is really no amenities One would this was T.j as ghetto as Management and money hungry as they are. Francisco the maintenance man was very efficient and nice but they won't let him help because they want more money for every thing. As a home owner the rent does not cover anything for tenants. Las Palmas did a great job on our interior. Good crew, good service. Because of the satisfactory work, we decided to also use Las Palmas for the exterior and change our color slightly while we were at it. For the most part, the outside work was also satisfactory, except for the lower ledges all around our house and the tops of of our fences. There is a lot of cracking and peeling along those areas. He came out once to repair and explained that it has someting to do with the moisture absorbed from the ground on the lower ledges. To my knowledge, this wasn't evident on the previous house paint and nothing was mentioned that this would be a problem when quoting us. Anyways, the cracking continued after the initial repair and during the second repair visit he just left us a few small cans of paint. Two years later, the entire house is experiencing long cracks in the paint everywhere, not just along the bottom. read more

Horrible management!!!! they don't listen when it comes to complaints! They just brush it under the rug like if it doesn't matter, what's the whole purpose of having this position under your name if you cant even do youur job right. They are soooo concern about getting new homes in then trying to fix their duties has a manger. They have stupid people who speed in the community, run stop signs, throws trash in peoples yard. have no respect for us but them selves, and to me that's not make us feel safe. I've gone to them multiply times about people speeding and they say they'll send out notices but they never do let alone they don't have signs throughout the community to keep ypur speed at the speed limit which is I believe 10 or 15mph. OH AND SECURITY IS A DAMN JOKE!!!!!!!! NO SAFETY IN THIS MOBILE PARK! NO WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING!! GUESS ILL JUST HAVE TO CALL THE PROPERTY MANGERS AND SEE WHAT THEYLL DO BUT IF THEY ARE ANYTHING LIKE THE MANGERS ILL BE STUCK IN THE SAME POSTION! read more

I met with the manager and the maintenance staff, and they are the nicest people ever. They were extremely courteous, and helped me out very much by answering any questions I had. I also noticed the park was very well maintained, the streets were clean, and the pool/clubhouse looked amazing. This looks like an absolutely great community to live in, with lots of stores nearby as well. read more

Las Palmas De La Quinta, Indio CA mobile homes has a great set of management and maintenance team. The park is always very well kept and it's quite nice to live here, as it's conveniently located near all the stores. Some extra amenidities amenities offered is a pool, game room, playground and club house. Would easily recommend others to live here. read more

I cannot believe the management!! I am absolutely blown away that the manager got rid of the assistant manager that was here over a year ago. She was the only one who actually took the time to listen and at least try to make sense of anything we had concerns about. The maintenance guys are super polite!! They are absolutely not the problem with the property. The managers need training! They do not care about anything but their own trailer! They are bringing in new mobile homes to make the park look so much better while they raise everyone else's rents so that we cannot afford to live here anymore and have no choice but to move out trailers out so they can fill the park up with new mobile homes. The security is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Which we pay an amount for and they don't do nothing!!!!!! It is so pathetic!!! Someone needs to give the office staff better training!! Horrible management. They are not consistent with any of their responsibilities as park management and pick and choose what and when they want to enforce rules. There is no quest parking, which I believe they are running a scam with the tow truck company, Advanced Towing, to make money on our guests as there is no where for them to park if they were to visit and they will just tow the car without any warning, but on several occasions they gave no warning and did not tow the car. The Park raises the space rent every year for no reason. They are not making any improvements to warrant raising it every year. There are so many families living in one household its rediculous. As for security they contracted out this service, but I never see any security around and the management just passed out a flyer saying if we need them to call their number. That's not security! Not much privacy as well because the mobile homes are so close together with little to no yards. I would not recommend this place if you want a long term place to live. read more
