McLean Company - Best 3 days of our lives! Just a beautiful time with 85 of our friends and family! - Property Management Near Me - Palm Springs, California

Where do I begin ? .... This is the second time I have rented through a property management company. Mostly, I have written the check directly to the owner. The first management company was great. "Same day response, two day repair" Obviously exceptions for parts availability and weekends. McClean is a resounding, overwhelming disappointment. What took previous landlords and a management company days takes McClean weeks and in on case months to repair simple things. We're not talking rocket science. A broken kitchen shelf, broken prior to my move in, is still broken. It's going on four months. I should add the fact that I found the replacement part. I printed out the information regarding price and availability. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... When I moved in the refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. What the heck? Prior to my move in I found the air conditioning not working. One month later, after my scheduled move in, it was finally repaired. It's Palm Springs! Hello? Anybody there? When I moved in I found: Mold in the shower stall and ceiling and plenty of it. Closet light unable to turn on. AC floor register in the bedroom sticking up 3/8 inch and very sharp. Window blinds unable to remain open, sinking down. Unable to open a window in the office area. No lights working over the stovetop. Debris strewn about in back storage area. Unable to unlock storage area. Trash piled around garbage area. Hot water in tub difficult to turn completely off. The collapsed kitchen shelf and etc. What is this company doing? Lastly, the documents claim the unit as two bedrooms. Nope. The second "bedroom" falls short in numerous ways. Unpermitted and illegal addition constructed to within 4 1/2 feet of the property line in the rear. Windows too small for fire egress. One wall measures 4 1/2 feet across, less then the 7 foot minimum. Heat and air are a window unit in the wall, also doesn't meet code for a bedroom. False advertising? Fraud? Not an attorney but if someone dies in that "bedroom" ... look out! I submitted a work order on 9/20/25 for a non working remote controlled driveway gate. It's now October first. I'm still waiting..... Mind you, I'm not paying market value for my place. For the one bedroom + that it is I'm paying top dollar plus a $300 "utilities" charge every month. I've lived in many places paying my own utilities and never came close to $3,600 in utilities for a year and everything was electric in my previous rentals. This unit is a mix of gas (drier, heat and stove) and with the AC being electric. For this kind of rent I should receive top drawer service....it's bottom basement. So, gravy on top of premium rent for McLean. Rent through McClean of you must but get ready to wait and wait with a laughably, tragic sense of communication. Almost every single email and text sent from McLean is sent as expiring. Meaning, it disappears quite quickly. What reputable company would communicate in such a way? The unprofessionalism at McLean (which rents units at 641 N Palm Canyon and 630 N Belardo Rd in Palm Springs) is UNMATCHED. I have lived in Los Angeles, NYC, Jersey City and Chicago, and had never before dealt with ongoing issues and concerns like living at one of these McLean properties. To start, I had an issue of nearly A YEAR with a false alarm that kept turning on (reference pictures below). Staff at McLean deemed it my responsibility to alert the bldg "manager," Clint, EACH TIME it rang, even during the MONTHS that the alarm started turning on every single day. They made no attempt to silence it on their own, despite my multiple messages that this alarm was ringing every day at 11am. It was bad enough to have to text, email or call for help every day, but then Clint became angry at me because of the situation. He tried to gaslight me, saying I was "confused" about the alarm ringing throughout the year, even though I STILL have records of my initial complaint about this to McLean, dated February 2023. THEN, one day in December 2023, when Clint went to turn the alarm off yet again, he slammed my unit window and yelled "Silenced!" - completely hostile toward me as if I was causing the problem, as well as utterly unprofessional (and showing disdain for his own job). Thereafter, I told McLean staff I did not feel safe contacting Clint 1:1 and would prefer the police was present for any necessary interactions. The staff couldn't care less. Though I managed to avoid contact with this truly psychotic man, other residents have begun regularly calling police when they need to speak to Clint, the bldg "manager." PLEASE CONSIDER IF THIS IS HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE. Since Palm Springs is a retiree area, I spoke with more than one resident at these McLean properties who said they're considering filing elderly abuse claims against Clint and McLean. To top it off, at 630 Belardo, several people told me they had cockroaches. At 641 N Palm Canyon, I saw rats outside on more than one occasion, but when I texted the company about it, I got no response. Lastly, you can't even move out in peace when you finally do: McLean has been the first to deduct from my security deposit and the company/staff has failed to provide an itemized list 21 days post move out, despite that being part of California law. The incompetent staff there - and Mike, who has been totally inept at handling this issue - thinks it is enough to state "Cleaning: $300" as part of an ITEMIZED list. A neighbor of mine, whose studio I would've considered to be SPOTLESS, got $500 deducted from her security deposit, also for no verifiable reason. This company pulls numbers out of thin air for their own greed, instead of deducting the standard (if anything) $125. My friends and I booked a stay through Poppy Vacation management company for my birthday in Palm Springs and we were quite disappointed with our stay. After booking the Airbnb based off the listing description, photos and the cancellation window passed, Poppy sends you a separate lease to sign with excessive rules including one limiting the AC temperature to 74 degrees or higher. My medical brace requires cooler temperatures, but when asked for an accommodation to lower the temperature or cancel the reservation to find a different place, we were told no. (See screenshots of email and Airbnb message.) This was frustrating because the listing did not mention any restrictions and we would have selected a different spot with AC to accommodate my disability. Upon arrival, the hot water was broken in the master bathroom which unfortunately made this shower and sink not usable for the first two days / one night. There was a fridge in the garage with no label that was filled with random items and we were unsure of this was stuff left by the previous guest or the owner. When I shared the photo with the host, they claimed the fridge had blue tape that said owners but as you can see, there was no communication / sign. Then when we explored the outside space, the majority of the outdoor furniture was damaged / very worn which made it difficult to enjoy lounging outside in the sun. We immediately reported the damaged / worn outdoor furniture to the management company with images but they did not offer to compensate or acknowledge the issues. On checkout day, we did not receive checkout instructions on what to do for clean up until we asked. The host was non responsive throughout the entire process and would leave me on read which you can see in some of the screenshots. During the stay, I asked about how to operate the ceilings fans without having the lights on because it was hot in the unit and we wanted some ventilation since the AC units weren't cooling, but we never received a response from the host. After our stay, we received a vague negative review that felt like retaliation because we spoke up about issues. Despite being constantly communicative, we received poor treatment and a lack of responses which is the opposite of what a host should be. I wouldn't recommend renting from this management company. The pros of the rental home was a great location, quiet neighborhood, clean linens, and lots of space! We liked that the home had board games and a poker table for fun activities. The TVs were huge which was great for watching movies. This could have been a really awesome birthday experience; however, the complicated booking process, poor communication, and unwillingness to accommodate my stated disability makes it tough to recommend this vacation rental property to anyone without a fair warning. read more

Over the last couple of years, McLean has done a good job of making my job of landlord less stressful than I expected it to be for my full time rental Palm Springs house. Several typical problems arose such as broken AC unit, broken window, tenant HOA violations and many other issues. Angela Swan, my property manager, was quick to info me of these issues together with their solutions and then take care of them with minimal involvement on my part. She answered my calls or at least returned them quickly. Angela is smart, has an excellent attitude and is a property management rock star and I would definitely use McLean in the future. read more

Being nice is no excuse for poor performance. In good conscience, I must tell the public to never, ever use this company for property management services! Poppy attempted to manage my Palm Springs vacation rental from Mar 2022 - Apr 2024. There were repeated issues with cleanliness, inadequate inspections after guest check out, unresponsive to maintenance requests/repairs, and a culture of pushing management responsibility to the owner when it lays with the company. When numerous issues arose, the issues were often not addressed. If they were, it took far too long and the issue was not resolved to reasonable satisfaction. The employees had all sorts of reasons, justifications and excuses instead of promptly acting to manage and resolve issues. I located a different property manager and it has been like "night and day" with a great experience. I recommend you do the same. read more

Do not rent from McLean.  The lack of reviews on their site should have been a warning, but we really liked the look of the house so we rented it anyway; it's titled "Beautiful Palm Springs Home" on their website.  The set up of the house was perfect, but we spent the first 4 days of our 28 day stay dealing with repair people.  Admittedly, McLean was responsive to our list of 14 repairs/issues, but if the property had been properly maintained and inspected prior to our arrival, these issues should not have occurred.  The problems included gross mildew in the master shower (see photo), the gas for the pool had not been turned on so we had to wait 2 days for it to warm up to use it, the gas stove did not ignite (unbeknown to us it had been unplugged), 2 faucets didn't work, the refrigerator and dishwasher were about 20 years old (the ice maker was broken -- the owner sent us a portable ice maker -- and the crisper bins were broken making it hard to pull them in and out; the dishwasher racks were totally rusted out in several spots (see pix)), one of the chaise lounges was totally torn (see pix) which the owner replaced.  Further, the house slept 6, but there were only 5 chairs in the dining room (several were broken) and only 4 for the outdoor table which was filthy (see pix).  We did get reimbursed for renting a bigger table and chairs to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving and for some kitchen equipment (there was no pot large enough to boil pasta or potatoes) The list goes on, but you get the point. read more

DO NOT USE THEM, PERIOD!! So I bought a house that McLean "managed" and all I can saw is wow!! Bare minimum was done to keep the owners investment up and running. McLean hires unlicensed workers to complete repairs and refuses to take ownership when someone calls them out on it. So here is the scoop..... As I was purchasing a house from an owner and i noticed water damage and was advised by the owner to contacted McLean to find out what happened. The owner hired McLean to manage the property. I find out there had been a water leak in Feb of 2019. Based on stories I have gathered, the tenants requested McLean to fix the issue which went ignored for at least 5 months. The tenants stopped paying rent to McLean because of this. McLean takes the tenants to court and loses. A judge orders McLean to fix the roof and drywall while allowing the tenants to live on property paying a discounted rent. McLean hired a (from what I can tell) non-license handyman to "complete" the job. The handyman painted over mold and never repaired a structural beam or removed any insulation. After purchasing the home and during the remodel, we found black mold everywhere along with a beam that is completely deteriorating do to the water damage. McLean knew there was water damage and failed to properly have their handyman clean up and fix the damage areas. McLean left BLACK MOLD in a house full with a family and pets. McLean says they didn't know, but they were in the courtroom when the judge ordered them to fix it. McLean has failed to provide me with the handyman's information that they hired to complete the work. McLean has also failed to provide me with their insurance information. In fact their lawyer told them not to. In the attached photos you will see the damage to the wall that was sealed up with black mold frowning inside along with the beam that's deteriorating. I have also provided the case number to the court case. McLean has had several Real Estate and Broker license issues over the years. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! read more

We just had our wedding at Colony 29 and it totally blew us away. The whole space is so incredibly beautiful and meticulously maintained. Everyone from the staff at the office to groundskeepers were super helpful and pleasant. The homes are all so unique and there are so many hidden beautiful spots on the property. There are stunning pools and tubs everywhere. We used every inch of the property. It truly was a dream location and we cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The first thing that people said to us for our wedding at the Colony was "how did you find this place!' We're wedding photographers ourselves (me now retired), but we shot a wedding in Rancho Mirage at some estate that I can't remember, but it was amazing. We've seen many weddings over the years and all the while, we've been cherry picking what we liked, loved, hated etc. For us, our tight-knit family and friends are big part of our relationship and it's growth so we wanted a venue that could show our appreciation for them. Logistically, my husband found this place google searching for "palm springs estate" and came across this vacation estate. We quickly looked into holding a backyard wedding and it affordable! I think it's far better to spend on a venue that you can stay at for a couple days and enjoy it fully versus a couple of hours for your reception. There was a few criteria we used to pick this place: - Not too many weddings were done here (originality) - Perfect Weather (couldn't be too hot for my husband, who sweats at 69 degrees) - NO TRAFFIC - Feel like a vacation (we work really hard from home, so we need a proper break at the end of year) - Didn't have to decorate - Friends and family could stay with us or just minutes down the road at local hotels. Other than that, the best parts about the main house: - the heated (bath like) pool, the spa had very powerful jets and got very hot (me like) - the cleanliness. (no carpet = no allergies) YAS - The hiking trail on the mountain has incredible views - the beds are super comfy and firm enough for my back problems - bathrooms are legit clean and they provide towels, pool towels and even soaps and lotions The staff are incredibly nice and friendly as well. Adrienne was such an amazing event coordinator. She really helped me throughout the whole planning process and is incredibly responsive and sweet (a big thing to look for in any vendor you work with for your wedding) Dennis the concierge was so sweet and helpful as well. His welcome and goodbye throughout the check-in and check out process really made our stay feel so homey. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Had a rehearsal dinner on a Thursday, wedding on Friday and chilled on through till Sunday. It was just amazing. Many times, I felt so overwhelmed with happiness I would just cry looking into the stars or the mountain that blocked the Palm Springs high winds. It was so perfect. Even the smallest hiccups are now seen as perfect, because of how freaking perfect it felt. LOL Kevin and I loved it and are definitely going to make visiting the Colony a yearly thing for our wedding anniversary. read more

2601 S Broadmoor Unit #32 I will never again do business with McLean Company. We were in a situation where we would need several months at a rental while our home is being renovated. I was abundantly clear from the start. Paula insisted that the owner hadn't had many rentals due to Covid, and that he'd likely be excited for such a booking. I have an e-mail and text messages stating that they were well aware of what they told me. Paula insisted that I must be the one who misunderstood. They have put us in a position to have to move for the sixth time since the end of February. What was their reasoning? The owner blocked out a few days at the end of the month. Perhaps that could've been communicated prior to the booking. No, they wanted our money -- and could care less about the inconvenience. Furthermore, this isn't the first time that they've resorted to some shady practices. Several years ago my husband and I were renting a room from someone who had signed a lease with them. The person passed away and McLean Company, without due process, forced us to vacate the premises -- in violation of our rights as tenants. We complied, however, I should've known better than to even touch this company with a ten foot pole. read more

A quick scroll of the reviews shows that they are pretty binary - 5 stars or 1 - and I think I can explain why: (1) the positive reviews are fake and/or coerced, and (2) unless you are willing to silently obey whatever McLean says, pay their unethical fees without question, they will treat you horribly. I was referred to McLean to rent a house - worked with Paula - and have never encountered the unprofessionalism and comical rudeness from someone who works in hospitality/customer support. She quoted a total amount due and when asked for the itemization of charges, criticized me as being difficult - it is standard industry practice to provide a breakdown of charges, especially for a high dollar amount. Imagine going to an expensive restaurant, the only thing on the bill saying you owe $1000, and your server calling you a jerk because you want to know what you were charged for. When she reluctantly itemized the charges, I could see why she was so reticent to reveal them - ridiculous nickel and dime-ing and layers of illogical fees. For example, to use the pool on property included: (1) Charge for heat, (2) Activation fee to turn on the heat, (3) Tax (11.5%), (4) Processing fee. Another insane charge is their NON-refundable damage waiver, which is a scam because in the rental contract you must agree to pay for any damages to the property and Paula confirmed we'd be charged *additionally at their discretion*. If you elect to pay their refundable damage deposit, they charge a NON-refundable processing fee; in what universe does it make sense to charge NON-refunded fees on a refundable deposit? If anything they should pay interest on keeping your deposit for 14-21 days. Have a pet you'd like to bring? They found a loophole to charge for service animals so anticipate extra fees for pets and additional cleaning, with of course, tax and processing fees layered on those. To circumvent the 3% credit card fee, I tried to pay by e-check only to be told there's a $45 charge for that, which I have NEVER seen elsewhere - no fee for both parties is the whole point of paying by e-check. It goes on and on and on... No exaggeration, after the many, many McLean fees, the cost to rent the property MORE THAN DOUBLED the quoted cost per night and Paula could not comprehend why that might create questions. When we arrived at the house, the pool heat had not been turned on as promised (lost a full day of use for a long weekend stay) and there was no instructional booklet to explain how to use/access the various amenities of the house. When trying to extend our stay for an additional night, we left multiple messages with McLean - including on their EMERGENCY line - and they called us half a day later, hours after check-out, and only after we had reached out to the owner first. The best part was Paula revealing she hates the resort fee when staying at hotels, ha! Hypocrite, much?? Ok Paula, not only is there now a resort fee, but additional fee for each key card you need, activation fee to turn on those key cards on, 3 layers of taxes, and then processing fee on top of all that. Oh! Almost forgot... you also have to pay a NON-refundable $20 damage waiver for each of those cards too. And even though you paid that damage waiver, the hotel will still charge you for any arbitrary damage it decides has happened to those cards even if they continue to function perfectly! Oh, and your total bill is $4000; don't ask me how I came to that amount *eye roll*. THAT is renting with McLean - complete, utter idiocy. I get that property managers aren't typically an ethical bunch but this one was a standout. read more

Do not use this company! After having paid a large deposit on a condo for a month long rental, they informed us they had rented the same condo to someone else and our reservation was cancelled. When we complained they told us a mistake had been made and that employee had been fired. Fast forward 2 years and the same thing happened to our friends! They had paid $1700, When they tried to prepay the balance 3 months in advance they were told that their reservation had been cancelled with no notice! The condo had been rented to someone else! They did not offer to find a new place, did not apologize for the fact that no one was notified, and made excuse after excuse. This is a breach of contract. A confirmation number had been issued. There is no excuse for this happening once, but twice seems to imply a pattern. read more

I even took pictures and sent to Kelly, yet from my deposit was a $60 deduction ($15 for 1 vanity bulb ($3 retail) and $45 to wipe down a door and a wall). What door and wall? I wish I could give zero stars. My wife and I moved here from across the country and after 5 days of driving, arrived to a filthy, unsafe, and uninhabitable house. We contacted McLean immediately with photos and complaints. Kelly McColery got back to us a few times, but eventually stopped answering us, and did nothing. Our toilet wasn't attached to the ground, we have mold in multiple locations, one of our bedrooms floods, we have exposed wires; this house is literally being held together by packing tape and staples. McLean sent someone over to fix our toilet, and fasten the faucets down, but a few weeks later we were served by the property owner who told us we owed him $600 for cleaning fees. We had to get an attorney, as McLean has done NOTHING to help us. We recently went to small claims court and we have now been dropped by McLean. Now I'm supposed to pay rent in three days, but apparently our leasing contract is void and they are out of the picture. I am stuck in this shitty house because the property owner won't let us move out unless someone else is willing to take over the lease. This has been one of the worst experiences of read more

We rented Ocotillo Lodge unit 311 from McLeans Property Management in Palm Springs on February 1 to April 17 2022. The unit has major problems. The couches were dirty and stained. The shorter couch had no back cushions. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The kitchen faucet was leaking whenever we turned on the water. The water had been dripping for a long time because the cabinet below the sink had mold and stains and was wet. The faucets and the shower head all drip. The barbecue canister was empty, no propane. There were 2 broken chairs on the patio. The tv cabinet back was disconnected. The blinds do not open and close correctly. The carpet is old, dirty and had places where there is a tripping hazard. There are no mail or gym keys. There was one teaspoon, 2 tablespoons and no chef knife in the unit. There were no potholders. There were 3 bowls, 3 glasses and 4 plates. There was 1 tea towel, 4 bath towels, no wash rags. There was no mop for cleaning the tile floors. This was not as advertised. We will not rent from McLeans in Palm Springs again. We have spent our first week trying to get things fixed. The manager ignores our calls. Staff that have come out are trying their best, but need management to step up. read more

They responded with a request for a price more than $100 per night higher. It struck me as pretty ridiculous, and a classic bait and switch tactic. Pretty shady... I do not recommend renting from this company. Ever. The house we rented for two days was nice, that's not the issue. It's their customer service. There was a problem with the home's pool heating system. The pool was as hot, or hotter than the Jacuzzi, probably around 100+ degrees. First day , we followed the directions in the provided handbook to turn of the pool heater. It did not work. Upon contacting our concierge the next morning, he instructed us how to turn it off. His instructions did not work (the same instructions as the book), and the pool heating remained on at 100+. Nobody was able to use the pool because it was so uncomfortable. After the weekend was over, I contacted the rental company, asking for the $153 for two days of heating be refunded. Two days later, manager Britney finally called me back. After a very unpleasant conversation, it was clear McLean Company would not refund the money. Britney's argument essentially was that we wanted the pool heated, and it was heated. End of story. This company made the decision to burn a customer over a measly $153 dollars. We did not make an unreasonable request. The pool heater was obviously broken. It happens. We understood that. Regarding this horrific property management company, from about 2005 to 2010, I had lived at El Moro Villa apartments, located at 350 E Palm Cyn Dr in Palm Springs, California. When I moved in it was a beautiful and lovely place to live. I resided there for four years when McLean Company Rentals purchased the small apartment complex. After that purchase, life for me and other tenants was a living hell. The management company refused to make (or were very slow to make) necessary repairs, keep up the landscaping, maintain the Jacuzzi, or even serious electric issues. I could not upgrade my cable/internet with Time Warner because Michael McLean REFUSED to authorize them to update the worn-out cable (at no charge to him). Time Warner said it was the landlord's responsibility to keep cable and phone lines to the units in good working order, but Time Warner was still willing to PAY for the upgrade without charging McLean, but McLean said "no." Common area lights were often out all night long, making the complex very dangerous as it was pitch black. He did not maintain the gardening and had many city code violations on the property. The electrical problems were so bad that my neighbor and I could not run our microwave ovens at the same time OR the entire section of the complex breakers should SHUT DOWN, only for us to wait HOURS for McLean to send someone over to flip the breakers. Finally, we learned how to access the electrical rooms ourselves so we could have electricity (during the hot summer months no less). I went as far to have an independent licensed electrician come out and evaluate the electrical situation (at no charge to McLean) and they confirmed the serious electrical problems. I provided the report to Mr. McLean, but he laughed me off and did nothing. (Years later, as a result of his ignorance, there was an actual electrical fire at the complex). Hundreds of emails and phone calls over a one-year period from me to McLean and his employees fell on deaf ears, and when I filed complaints with the local city code enforcement and fair housing organization, McLean started eviction proceedings against me. Unfortunately, despite my 200 pages of documented evidence, the judge sided with McLean and I had to move. Despite him being a slumlord, I eventually satisfied the entire money judgment he obtained against me! At the time of my eviction (around 2005), McLean had an F rating with the BBB. Until recently, he even claimed on his website that he is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (a complete fabrication at the time) and I filed a complaint with the BBB to inform them he was using their name without authorization! During the eviction process, I protested at his business office with a sign, and many clients of his (people who owned properties) and dozens of tenants approached me and shared their poor dealings with Michael McLean and his company! The Internet is abound with legitimate negative reviews of this company and the underhanded business dealings of him and his company. He and his wife (as brokers) also have previous disciplinary action against them from the California agency that monitors agents and brokers! read more

We stayed at the 4430 Esplande Lane home for a week during Christmas. It was one of the most spectacular homes that we have ever vacationed in. McLeans customer service was excellent from the booking to the preparation for check-in to the check out process. I am a customer service nut and I expect to be taken care of when I spend this kind of money on a vacation rental. They were great! We were very happy with the property and with property management. 740 Mel Ave: This place was horrible. Very dated, laughable decor. DVD player extremely super confusing to use with no instructions. The bedding was itchy and old. There were strange walls covered in mirrors. The main issue was that we were there for a pool- based weekend with a bunch of friends who travelled from all over the country to be there, and The pool was broken and dirty. It was not heated despite our request and extra payment to have it be heated and their promise they would do so. There was no skimmer to clean the pool. Then, the jacuzzi in the master bath would not plug -- so there was no way to take a bath (something we wanted to try because the pool was freezing and dirty.) Don't rent from here !!! There are way better options elsewhere. read more

I stayed in one of McLean's properties in Palm Springs whilst working Splash House. Not only is the entire McLean staff incredibly friendly, but they were very patient with us, understanding, and incredibly punctual with all of our communication. Oh yeah, and did I mention how amazing the rental property in Palm Springs was? We were in awe at the beauty of the place as soon as we stepped foot inside (and also outside on the pool deck!) The reviews on here are so harsh and not my experience with McLean Properties at all. I reached out to them through VRBO and got in touch with Brittany. She was wonderful and got us into an amazing home. When we got there, the house was even better than we expected. We were blown away. We had one small issue while we were there. The pool heat wouldn't turn on. We called our concierge and someone was at the house within an hour to fix it. I mean, I couldn't ask for better service than that! We loved the house so much that we canceled our trip to Hawaii in June to stay at the property again. Really, I can't speak to the below reviews but I can say I did not experience anything unprofessional or negligent. Our needs were met proptely and the staff was extremely accommodating. We stayed at Burton Way Paradise and the house looked just like the pictures. It was clean and everything was functional. Great pool, dog friendly, close to the action - we had a blast and would stay there again. Dennis the concierge was very friendly checking us in. I was skeptical after reading all of the severe and negative reviews online, but we did not experience anything fraudulent or misleading. read more
