The team was responsive and promptly addressed the problem. They contacted Robert Chavez from Coachella Valley property maintenance to come out and he arrived shortly after. He examined the water heater, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the water heater the same day. He was professional, efficient, and patiently explained what he was doing as he worked. I could not be more pleased with the speed and efficiency in which the maintenance problem was handled. The team provided an immediate solution and quickly resolved the problem. BE AWARE - this management company will keep your deposit and not provide proper receipts for move out "repairs" when questioned. The owner wasn't any better, impossible to get a hold of and ignored any contact attempts. I lived in a property they managed for 2 years and kept almost 2,000 of my deposit. Love the unit but sadly I had to break the lease due to work relocation, I PAID all the crazy lease break fees and still had most of my security deposit withheld. I tried to work with the company after moving out but they too became unresponsive. I wish I had resources to take them to court. They take advantage of us regular people, that need to rent and likely need our deposits back. BELIEVE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Truly think the 5 star reviews are fake. Liers... I'm very disappointed with my experience with All County Desert Property Management. Their response here does not reflect the reality of what happened. The real issue was not the condition of the property but rather their lack of communication and responsibility regarding the solar panel service. My tenant didn't know they were responsible for paying for the solar panels because All County Desert Property Management never informed them. This is especially frustrating because All County Desert was directly involved in setting up the account with the previous tenant and even connected us with the solar company to change the account name. In addition, All County Desert was often unreachable when my tenant tried to contact them, leaving my tenant frustrated and in the dark about several issues. At one point, they even sent a technician to the property at 10 pm without any notice--highly unprofessional and disruptive. If you're considering All County Desert Property Management, be aware of their lack of transparency and poor customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope they address these issues seriously. read more

In my experience with All County Desert Property Management my best advice is to report all small damages and big of any kind up front so there's no confusion as to who's responsible for it in the end. Make sure you clean up after yourselves when moving out of the property because this matters. I took great care of the property while I lived there and moved out and everyone I dealt with through the process was kind and helpful Mariela, Joana, Rona, Kathy, Jessica (my personal favorite) and Nicu also a favorite I gotta say. Nicu was understanding and helpful, able to step in and resolve my issue as to some smaller things that were never reported on their reports and I didn't send in the pictures and report it because I assumed they were small issues that they knew about. It came down to having to prove some issues were prior. In the end it all worked out because he was able to look at photos and talk to employees to determine I left the house in better condition than when I moved in and didn't damage anything. So the moral of the story is to report and photo everything no matter how small so when you move out and give them the place back clean and ready to rent, you can get your deposit back easily. You gotta appreciate what these companies do for us and return the favor by cleaning up before vacating the property. So many people do take advantage and leave the mess for them to deal with and that's not how it should be. It's important to clean up our messes to get our security deposit back you're gonna need that money. Leaving a mess will definitely cause you to lose it. Thank you Nicu for making things right! Fair warning to all future tenants of all county. Do not rent with them. They commit fraud. All county charged me monthly for AC filters that they never delivered. All attempts at contacting them to remedy ended up in being ignored. However, they will still gladly send you the bills to collect money. Manager Lisa Cocione completely ignores emails and issues when brought up. Save yourself the trouble and if your property is managed by all county desert, just refuse. If I could give zero stars, I would. All County Desert Property Management is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable company I've dealt with. From the moment we walked in, it was clear they lacked professionalism--the front desk employee was wearing fuzzy slippers. We toured one of their properties and were shocked to find a stash of weed in a cupboard. To make matters worse, the lockbox on the door was completely insecure--you don't even need the code to access the key, which is a major safety concern. Maribel, the leasing consultant, was unprofessional and unresponsive. My boyfriend and I got back to her within minutes whenever she needed something, yet she took forever to respond to our questions and requests. Despite being fully qualified candidates, we were treated with complete disrespect. Please do your research and avoid yourself a headache. We are new tenants for a rental property and right off the bat when we moved to our apartment our AC was broken. After being notified that everything passed inspection and was ready for move in. I reached out and asked to speak to the manager and not once did she reach out. Then we had to use our personal time to get that fixed when all this could've been avoided. Now we are on week three and the water was shut off with no prior notice. We currently lease a house from All County Desert and believe me when I say Lisa Cocione and her team go above and beyond, I hope you'll take my recommendation to heart. Our outstanding experience began long before we leased our house. It was the beginning of Covid and we wanted to escape LA and move to the Coachella Valley. Rental houses were at a premium, but we met Lisa and hit it off. When a property became available that fit our needs, we were her first call. Everything was handled professionally from the time we signed the lease to our move in. As tenants, we have had the same experience in dealing with all of the representatives at All County. When we have had a repair issue, some of them quite serious, they are on it immediately and provide superb follow up until the issue is resolved. Additionally, when it comes to advocating on behalf of the tenant to difficult homeowners, they go above and beyond to make sure all real estate rules are followed by both parties (tenant and homeowner). Lack of professionalism across the board. It wasn't until the owner of the company spoke with me that I got any sense of customer care. Too late, as I had been so poorly mishandled the preceding 9 months that we exited our rental agreement early. It was that bad. They sent people to our property in the evening unannounced. They don't Return phone calls. Lack of communication is an understatement. I feel bad for anybody who hired them without doing their research. Our owner Daniel did a great job taking care of his end of the deal. I dreaded anytime I had to reach All County as they have a unique way of making you feel like an ignorant nuisance. Something wrong? "You should have brought this up sooner now it's your fault". Crews don't show up during the time window? "Not our fault, you should be available anytime the day of if it's really an issue." Whatever Daniel paid them was too much. Look elsewhere for your property management needs! read more

Management? What management? This place is a joke. Do not do business with them. I've had nothing but bad experiences with All County. This is apparently "normal," as even one of the maintenance guys told me dealing with them is, in his words: "a fucking nightmare." The first time we walked into our apartment it reeked, was a complete mess, and required multiple repairs we have been slowly finding. Try calling. No one answers. No one. If you manage to reach Yvette the new customer side agent, she will immediately try and take your number instead of doing anything. Reaching the Coochiones behind her is actually impossible. Lisa Coochiones is the owner. I've attempted multiple times to reach her. Leaving my number with many different agents over the months (this place has a revolving staff). Again, this does nothing. As no calls are ever returned. Today alone I left 5 different messages with my number on HER voicemail. Honestly. I only posted because seemingly this business is paying someone to boost their ratings. As there is no way in hell anyone would give this mismanaged JOKE 5 stars. Renters the experience is a hidden nightmare, beware! As for property owners this type of attitude and treatment is non-sustainable for any business. I've been here roughly 6 weeks and I'm disappointed in the owner for not disclosing the furnace, water heater and leaking kitchen sink issues and disappointed in All Desert Properties for not providing due diligence in checking on these mechanical issues before my move in, and the lackadaisical responses from both parties trying to solve these issues. These issues were not resolved on the first fix and required multiple communications to get all parties on board. In short, I was relieved when our home owner hired a property management company as the owner harassed us and other residents of our condo complex. By harassment I mean numerous drive bys a day for no reason, constantly showing up without notice, and even went as far as leaving dog poop on our door step numerous times (mind you we frequently cleaned dog poop) I thought having the management company would stop the daily drive bys and other bizarre behavior coming from the home owner, and that we would finally have quiet enjoyment of the home. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When it came time to move we decided to not wait until the last minute and begin slowly moving our things and prepping the house to be turned back over. 6 days after we began our move all county posted notices on our door that they would enter due to abandonment, based off an assumption made by the home owner driving by everyday which again is harassment. Oh not to mention the owners son who parked outside the house for two weeks throughout each day (they also allowed this man to be a verified vendor when there was a plumbing issue) completely in appropriate...I expected this type of behavior from the owner however the management company feeding into it and encouraging the behavior by posting notes at the door without so much as a phone call was not only ridiculous but incredibly unprofessional. Especially, with our rent being paid up until end of month! To top it all off, the owners son went by our neighbors the day before keys were to turned over and let them know they intended to change the locks before we turn over keys...when I reached out to Lisa, the owner of all county to inform her of what was stated and that if this were to happen I would need to report it to retrieve the rest of our belongings...seemed pretty reasonable to me. Lisa's response was that no one was changing the locks and there was no need to make further threats.....I was incredibly offended as the only ones making threats had been them with the abandonment notices and the owners son stating he intended to change the locks....again, I expect this behavior from the owner but not the management company, and at that the owner herself. As much as these companies should screen renters they should do the same for which clients they take on rather than aiding people in their harassment. I would not recommend leasing with them. read more

If you do respond to one as we did, expect nothing in a timely manner. We called and wrote online to the company -instead of responsive, apt and listening, we received the most unprofessional haphazard email conversations days later. First was Nayeli-who is clearly over her head with work, forgets what she said, and doesn't do what she said she would do. Already a F in my book, but we tried and tried for 7 days with this company. Then there was Rayleen who is begging someone to take her on with a lawsuit. Rayleen, it is illegal to lie to applicants and have been reported to fair housing for discriminatory behavior. If you're just trying to cya, do it with class, dignity and honesty. But I ask myself why try and school this bunch? I implore homeowners to run, not walk from this badly run business. It is begging for lawsuits if it is not knee deep in them already. read more

There method of determining someones willingness and ability to pay is fundamentally flawed. I have lived at one place for the past 9 years. I have paid the rent faithfully on time ... EVERY MONTH. At times I paid my rent months in advance. I made my own repairs and bought the replacement items myself! They returned my application to me and issued an "Adverse Action Letter" to me! They clearly did not do their research well cuz if they had called my reference they would have been told just what I said above. They don't bother to look thru your application fully and make decisions based on half of the information and only on what they choose to look at. Find another management company to rent from.
