A Thai massage is traditionally performed fully clothed on a mattress on the floor. It is known as the lay man's yoga as you are stretched and massaged. I always feel a few inches taller afterwards. La is a very skillfull masseuse, her Thai massage technique has helped so much. I tried chyropracter visits , deep tissue and sweedish massage for a back injury last May.
