This was the most amazing experience of my life. Everything was perfect. This was my birthday celebration and the staff and crew made me feel so special and spoiled me. We were picked up from Vegas on the strip and the driver was hilarious and great company. Once we arrived at the beautiful winery, Doug met us and drove us out to the launching zone. We met his son, Doug, who was our pilot. The entire experience was absolutely amazing and magical. We watched the sunrise from above while Doug made sure we were safe plus educated us along the way. After the ride we were taken back to the winery for some tastings and light breakfast and some laughs. It could not have been any better. I booked a balloon tour with Las Vegas Ballon Rides on 4/25. The tour was canceled due to weather and I totally understand safety always comes first. But contacted the company numerous of times for my refund of my deposit. The first call the gentleman on the phone said he will contact his office in Utah to refund and after a week nothing I called back same gentleman said he will take care of it and till today now over a month and half no refund. Messaged several times and no response I guess that's how they make their money by collecting deposits and cancelling the tour and not refund their customers. read more

Family oriented, such a nice experience! The views are breathtaking up in the air. While we were on our decent someone was yelling at us. We had thought they were complaining about something, but it turns out he was a previous rider and was driving up to us to thank Doug for a wonderful flight he had.
