It feels like you are in a paralel universe of colors, lights, secret passages and things from other worlds. There are various type of tkts depending on the experiences that you want include since they have everything from sensory museums, the Mega Mart, Golf, Grand Prix experience, zip line, Wink World, Virtual Reality and so much more. There are various eateries and a big bar right in the middle of the whole place. We bought the ticket called Level 3A which included almost everything. It was an amazing experience and perfect for all ages, unless you get overwhelmed with the lighting. But it is an amazing and completely different place to enjoy some family or friend fun.

The biggest issue is the lack of transparency about wait times. If I had known how long the lines would be, I would not have purchased the Access Level 1 passes. Guests should be clearly warned about expected wait times before purchasing so they can make an informed decision. The line for Haley's Comet was absolutely ridiculous. The wait time rivals some Disneyland attractions, which is unacceptable for an experience where you are already paying for access. Standing in a long line without any clear communication about the expected wait makes the experience feel poorly managed. The operations overall felt very inefficient. There are not enough attractions available for the number of guests. For example, there are only two Birdly simulators, creating a major bottleneck. Staff members need to explain the directions and options for each activity, but instead of doing this while guests are waiting in line, they wait until it is the person's turn, which slows everything down even more. The AR Dodgeball experience was another example. They allow two people to play at a time, even though they could easily combine smaller groups and let two families or groups play together. There is only one dodgeball field, so better crowd management is needed. The concept of AREA15 is fun, but the execution needs major improvement. More capacity, better communication about wait times, and more efficient staff procedures would make a huge difference. As it stands, the long waits and poor organization make it difficult to justify the cost.

For several years, the theatre company Poor Richard's Players has not had a home of their own. Now…read morethey do and it's called The Playhouse. Located on Decatur Boulevard near Arizona Charlies, the Playhouse is a space in progress as pointed out last night by one of the company's founders. The space can be configured in any number of ways, and I look forward to seeing future shows of PRP and see how the directors choose to use the space. For the inaugural show, they are doing Lizzie the Musical, a musical about Lizzie Borden. There are four very talented women who do the roles and there ism a wonderful live band which is great! I'd recommend this theatre company to anyone. They do good work. And, I'm glad they have a home of their own, the Playhouse!

This theatre is a treasure for performing arts in Las Vegas…read more It's nestled in the parking lot shopping mall area near Arizona Charlie's. When you enter the theatre you immediately feel at home and welcomed. It's like walking into a model home that you feel like you could take your shoes off in and snuggle up on the couch, as it's really nice, clean, and sheike, but also adorned with art from past shows and an atmosphere that is full of community. The theatre company, Poor Richard's Players, that owns the theatre, always puts on quality shows that have care, talented actors, creativity, stunning and thoughtful sets, great sound, and on point tech. All their productions are professional and unassuming. And they are well known in the local theatre community as they have won Best in Fringe at the Las Vegas Fringe Festival several years in a row. Their inaugural show for the theatre, Lizzie the Musical, was very well done with a full live band, a stunning set, a fog machine, creative lighting effects, and a killer cast. Even the lobby and entrance were adorned for the show so your experience started the second you walked in the door. From what I saw, the theatre is in the style of a black box theatre, an open space area that can be manipulated to accommodate a variety of audience and stage configurations with black walls. The ceiling is a beautiful open beam ceiling with string lights that illuminate the house when needed. They have a small lobby area, ticket booth, enclosed tech booth area, and restroom. It also has green rooms, costume room, workshop room, and more. I'm excited to see future productions in this space as it's obvious a lot of thought and care goes into what they produce and everything is tastefully done.

I've seen this show twice, once opening night and then again in October 2023. I was in the first row stage left the first time, and the second row dead center the second time. The first time my view was blocked by a woman with very curly, poofy hair. The second time my view was blocked by everyone seated at the cocktail tables. The Duomo is a horrible venue because the seats are neither staggered nor graduated like stadium seating. The stage isn't high enough above the seating to give everyone a good view. I've seen X Country at Harrah's, Fantasy at Luxor, and Red Velvet Burlesque at Notoriety downtown - all of them have different seating and stage configurations for this sort of show, but you can actually see the performers. This show needs a different venue. They have Julia Flypole doing arial hoop work but it's like a 7 or 8 foot ceiling from the stage to the top. She also performs in Red Velvet Burlesque and her routine is from a silk that is easily two stories long. It's just not the same effect doing acrobatics and arial pole in such a short room. The show is a mix of singing and burlesque dancing set to rock-esque type music. There is no nudity in this show. Everyone has pasties on in addition to bra tops, unlike other showgirl burlesque shows. While it's obviously 18+ because it's burlesque, nothing is too risque, except the bathtub dance is a bit over the top raunchy for my taste. The dancing is good. The costuming is good. The singer actually has a good voice. The only problem is the venue is garbage and not a good fit for this show. There is limited audience participation in this show. The ladies are beautiful and talented, and show an excellent fluid combination of dance, choreography, music, singing, costumes, stage props, and different specialty acts. The next scheduled shows at The Composers Room are 11 & 25 May and 10 & 24 June 2024 (for best seats recommend you purchase P1 Golden Circle seats for only $40 which is 1st front row). Highly recommend that you see this energetic, intriguing, sexy and classy show (you will love it)!

You're transported to another time and place at a birthday party for an eccentric performer, Felix. While attending the party in his "mansion" you get to try 5 samples of specialty cocktails in different areas of the party. Whichever drinks you liked best, you get to redeem your tickets for 2 full-sized cocktails. I liked the espresso based cocktail the best. There is also a paid bar if you'd like more drinks or something a little different. We also got "bonus" samples that didn't require us to use our tasting tickets - one before we went into the mansion proper and one at the butcher shop in the faux shopping area. During the party are performances by the mysterious "serenas" and what seems to be a witch who has it out for Felix. The show is very interactive but you have to also be willing to interact as if you were a party guest. For example, in Felix's room, I asked about (the actor as Felix) his desk and his travels. He told me the doll head on his desk was from a shop in Romania and he's now the shepherd of the curse that lives inside of it. You get out of the experience what you put in by chatting with the characters. I wasn't sure what to expect initially. Was this like a dinner mystery party or something akin to an escape room with puzzles to solve? I was confused if the alchemical symbols throughout the mansion and on the tickets alluded to anything. Perhaps there was a mystery we were supposed to solve while we chatted with the performers in character? Apparently not. It's just decor. I feel like expounding on this or having something for people to search for is what would bump it up to a 5 star for me in case you're shy and don't want to talk to the actors, or they're busy talking with someone else. The party restarts every about 2.5 hours so you can stay from the minute doors open until it closes, or just for the single 2.5 hour party to get the full experience. Visited: April 2026
