Alright, this was the highlight of our trip! We did get stuck behind some people who were holding the break the whole time, which kinda made for a joy kill, however, we had kids and needed to make the most of it so we spent time waiting, and then racing and putting the breaks on and honestly I think it's the most fun we ever had together so I highly recommend this also. Make sure you bring a JACKET if you are taking the afternoon slot because it can get COLD! The bonfire at the end is fun too! The guys that work the rail were solid and funny. All around, favorite excursion and nice experience. I hope to go again!

Great experience! Lovely staff 100% recommend! The staff all here were all the kindest people. Everyone we interacted with had a smile on their face. The were very helpful and very patient with us. They made the experience all that more enjoyable. Can not say enough great things about them. The ride was fun, scenic, beautiful, relaxing, and overal an amazing experience. We did the afternoon ride, sunset was beautiful! Such a fun experience will definitely be coming back!

    Beautiful Views!

this was a little find we saw on YouTube and we were excited to book this on our trip to Las Vegas. Anyone of any athleticism can do this. It's fun to be outside and the views are great. The staff is fun and friendly. I would not have minded a little more time at the turn around spot because the made it so inviting, I would have loved to have lunch. It's worth every penny. And the town of Boulder City is cute as well so make time to walk around and maybe even a bite to eat. I hope to bring my family next time.

As you board the plane, they tell you where to sit. We ended up in the back of the plane, I'm guessing because my friend was tall and a little heavy, and I'm a little chunky so for weight purposes we got the back. It was not bad as it offered more leg room which the copilot told us which was a nice way of saying, you will balance out the weight for the rest of the people and being on a cane, sit in the back. I was on the left side of the plane which allowed me some great views of the Hoover Dam but not so great views of the Grand Canyon. The people on the right got the best views. The reason for the two stars, when you get on and sit down, they tell you to put on these headphones and to keep them on for the duration of the flight. A majority of the people did not keep them on. There was a little and I mean little history given as you approach the canyon and the rest was loud obnoxious music. Sadly there was NOTHING pointing anything out like, you are now flying over the Grand Canyon or giving you any landmarks to look at. If you did not know the canyon, you would never have know we actually flew over it as it looked a lot like parts of Lake Mead or mountain and desert terrain. It was a decent 1hr 20min flight with music playing in your ears, but I would NOT pay to do this again and if you have never been to the Grand Canyon, I would not recommend this tour. You will learn history like watching a movie but you will not know what you are looking at and if on the left side of the plane, you won't see much exciting landscape. The pilot & copilot add nothing to the information throughout the flight. The pilot flys the plane, the copilot helps him and every so often turns around to give you a thumbs up to make sure you are still alive. Save your money and take a bus tour, you will have better views, you will actually know you are in the Grand Canyon and you won't have to guess about anything you are seeing.

The person who helped us and got us setup was Jamaica, she was a fantastic host and gave us all the needed information before the trek. Her hospitality was very appreciated and her greeting us when we ended was icing on the top. Also...probably one of the best drivers you will come across. I would be down to do this again, we were able to see a lot and still left some on the table. I would choose a few specific stops on your first trip so you are not rushing in time. We made good time but knew we couldn't mosey along. The first 4 miles is the biggest challenge, after that you just get into the rhythm and cruise. Bring plenty of fluids. The kayaks have spots for carrying a good amount of water and food, to include some bungees on the front for tie down. Water shoes I would recommend with good grip. Overall, a great day on the water, would definitely recommend and would like to enjoy again. Thank you Jamaica and your trusted sidekick for helping us along the experience! Until next time!

The Bad: We got picked up by a shuttle at the Wynn, and then went to the Bellagio to pick up a couple more and switched to a different shuttle "Bus 86" This shuttle needs to be removed from service and repaired. I am a mechanic by trade, they are going to find that the body of the shuttle is breaking away from the chassis of the truck. You can feel the floor flexing in turns, it starts shaking uncontrollably at higher speeds, hitting bumps at highway speed the body separates and slams back making for a very rough, dangerous ride. I mentioned it to the driver when we left and he said "Yeah I have had other people tell me the same thing, they don't listen to me." I hope they will take this review seriously before there is an accident that could have been avoided. Now that I have said that, on with the good. My wife and I have never been on a Helicopter, we had an amazing memorable experience! Our Pilot Mike was great, very professional, informative, and very easy to see he loves what he does. I would recommend anyone to take a flight with this company. We saw views I never knew we would enjoy like we did. We did opt to pay the extra $60 each for the front row seats, not sure what the view was like from the back row, but there is no way they could compare to the front seat. Absolutely worth the upgrade. It wasn't guaranteed that we got the front, we were asked if we would be interested in front row seats for an extra charge as long as it can work with the weight distribution, I said yes, so glad we did. Thank you Mike for a great experience, we wish you all the best!

I would need to go to Giant to get my part, and I was given the malfunctioning part to take as a reference. I came to the Henderson store to get the part. the man helping me took the reference part to the back, found the new part, and came back after a few minutes of examining the old part. He gave me the new part but cautioned me that, to him, the old part still seemed fine. He then went on to describe to me a common issue that can sometimes seem like the problem is the dropper post, but is actually related to the cables. He said he wanted to give me a heads up before I spent the money on the part, just in case I wanted to try going back to REI with the new insight. I thanked him and decided to get the part anyhow, figuring it's 5 years old, so it won't hurt to replace it regardless. Nevertheless, he offered that, if after replacing the part, the seat still doesn't function properly and REI isn't able to fix it, to bring it in to him and he'll take care of it. "I don't want you to have to pay twice for the part and even more repair" (to paraphrase). My takeaways: * Gave advice and knowledge (most good salespeople will offer that these days) * Provided an alternative for what my issue might be, despite that meaning they could lose the sale * Offered to include fixing my issue, free of charge, if the REI folks still couldn't figure it out, as a thank you for buying the part I appreciated each of these things, and I felt it was important to mention it to others.

About a month later, he starts to have issues with the hydraulics. My wife takes the bike in with my son and the two men who were there gave her attitude and started to make accusations on why it probably no longer works. They didn't know, but my wife took the bike to Swanny's prior to going back to Giant and they said something inside the hydraulic casing was bad. Giant told my wife they could see scratches on the break system and it most likely stopped working because my son dropped it crashed his bike. Only option was for them to "look at it" and let us know what was wrong. A week later, we get a call with two options from the Giant. Give us $125 to put a new one on or come pick it up. I told the guy that I would never do business with a company who accuse customers of things and who don't guarantee their work/products, and I would pick the bike up. Rule number one when doing business with someone, if they don't guarantee their work, don't give them your business. Rule number 2, If they talk down to women, don't give them your business.
