She picked us up at the aria, got another party at the Paris? Drove us out to Summerlin where her son met us with the bikes. Great safety orientation and direction. Off we went. The e-bikes are great. Level 1 and 2 for some of the ride, 4 and 5 for the step climb, and so much fun. I recommend you do this event for some sun and fresh air.

I can't wake up so early OR I have too many plans for the evening: They offer two time slots, 9AM and 1PM. We did the 9AM tour and were the slowest participants (stopped at every designated stop to take pictures and videos). We still completed the tour in 2.5 - 3 miles 2. I'm a light packer so there's no way I can bring supplies for something like this: This company provided the bikes, helmets, jackets, neck warmers, gloves, backpack, water, and granola bar. We brought our own sunglasses, and there is an $8/person park entry fee that we covered. I saw online that they may offer sunblock, but that's probably for the summer participants. 3. I'm too out of shape: Guys, these are electric bicycles on a well-paved route. This isn't the Tour de France here. And you can take lots of breaks, like we did. I actually didn't use the e-assist that much, but my partner did to get up the inclines. 4. Isn't something like this super-expensive?: Our goal was to ride through Red Rock Canyon, and this experience combined ebike rental with a lot of guidance and support (they said we could call them if we got lost, popped a tire, etc., and they would come to us). I had looked into pure ebike rentals and they were all ~ $100-175 to rent for 4 hours, plus additional fees for insurance and security deposit. And no support! So no excuses! This was a fun and unique experience that everyone should experience at least once. And EZ Ride provided such a streamlined and supported experience. 100% would recommend

Booking was easy online and communication through text made it easier. We opted out of the self -guided tour as that would require us to bike from the cycle rental place for about 5-8 miles on the shoulder of a two lane highway to get to the Red Rock Canyon park entrance where the paved trail started. That was too uncertain for us. Of note, all the tour rental companies in this area for this type of self guided excursion will probably have this requirement. Hence, we chose the guided tour so that they can meet us directly at the park entrance. Once in the park, the paved trail is wide BUT you will share the trail with cars/vehicles so need to pay attention. There are plenty of amazing pit stops to explore and take pictures. It was pretty much up to us where to stop along the 15-20 mile park loop. E-bike a must as the incline can burn your legs. There is a modern visitor center at the start for restroom breaks but there are cabin outhouses along the trail. Highly recommend.

He's 13, I decided to rent one first. I contacted Bob who immediately responded and got us in touch with Vic. Vic saw us in regular workout attire and fully outfitted us in proper biking attire knowing we'd get so sore from the seat, water bottles and helmets. Set me up with an ebike and my son with a road bike that matched his 6ft build. Showed my son how to ride it, which gears meant what and the same thing for me. Picking up I was incredibly nervous and had no idea what the hell I was doing he guided us down to the bike path in Summerlin. The entire experience was perfect. I can not recommend them enough.

It is…read morerequired to trek with an approved local guides, pick a guide company carefully as it might influence your experience on the mountain. My summit date was 2/10/2020 and I believe trekking with guides from Ultimate Kilimanjaro made it possible. 1: they offer private and group tour. As a solo participant, I debated but chose to join a group tour. We had 16 participants mostly from the US. We spent 8 days together day and night. Bond we developed during that time made us like a family. In fact we address each other as a Kili family. We cared and helped each other on the mountain. 2. Guides and porters are happy to work for Ultimate Kilimanjaro. They are a part of Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project - KPAP. In addition, they get paid well, eat well and are treated well. I checked every porters and guides shoes and they are dressed properly unlike others I saw on the mountain. 3. They support a local homeless children's home, Amani Children's Home. They ask us to particulate if we wish and even after we got back since they donate proceeds from their logo shirts, I happily purchased a hoodie to support them. 4. Warm food served three times a day and a tea time snack. They tell you we will lose our appetite as we trek higher. I say whose appetite? Their food was so yummy, I never lost my appetite. In fact, I often had a second serving. I still managed to lose weight somehow. Must be their cucumber soup. I spoke with someone who just happened to sit next to me on the plane later to learn that some companies serve the same menu and food wasn't even that good. It could be just our chef but I enjoyed the food. 5. Great success rate. They've done this so many times. They have a refined list of things to bring. Be sure to bring everything on the list but nothing more to meet that 15kg weight requirement. We wore pretty much everything we brought to stay warm on the summit night. We used a clean sock to wrap water bottle to avoid freezing. Read everything carefully several times to fully understand. 6. Portable toilet. I never thought why this was so important until I started using one. Camp site may have outhouse but they are smelly and not comfortable. High altitude could cause digestive issue. I went #2 every morning twice. Sometimes more. Having an access to this clean private toilet provided so much more comfort than I've ever imagined. This made a huge difference. If you choose a cheaper tour company and if they don't offer one in a standard package, you may want to ask for one. 7. Good tent and sleeping bag. Except Day 1 and last day, it gets really cold. They told me to put down jacket by my feet inside my sleeping bag and I had a hot water in my water bottle. Good quality sleeping bag I rented from them along with all other stuff I had kept me warm and helped me sleep like a rock every night. This was #1 on my bucket list. I started planning four years ago. I spent a lot of time carefully selecting a tour company. I am glad I chose them to help me achieve the hardest thing I've ever done.

We saw other climbers being helicoptered off the mountain and others by the wayside that didn't reach the summit. It was excellent to know we were in the safe hands of professionals with experience. The guides in Ultimate Kilimanjaro carefully reviewed our health status more than twice a day. They checked our oxygen levels, appetites, and much more to ensure we were doing okay with the altitude. Our guides August, Deus, and Praygood were well-trained, careful, organized, and fun! Our chef and waiter amazed us! More than once, our group gave out ahhs, oohs, and applause for the fantastic meals. We had freshly-made soups, fresh locally-grown vegetables, and much more. They even made us a cake to congratulate us on our achievement. Even before we climbed, the staff at Ultimate Kilimanjaro helped us get prepared. Shawn handled so many details that it helped us all to be assured the logistics would all come together. We highly recommend Ultimate Kilimanjaro to make this trek of a lifetime.

All day long she was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had, but also so funny while still being professional! My whole group thought that the value of this tour was exceptional. We walked the grounds, took pictures of the Werly family's decades-long collection of toys and decor, watched an action movie clip filmed on the property, then hit the trails. We're a group of experienced dirt bike/quad riders, but Alisha made sure to put some of the guys in their place and let us know that the ATV ride rules are rules, not suggestions. The views were incredible, we ate a delicious lunch by the Colorado river, then headed back for the gold mine tour. Being from the east coast, this part of US history isn't something we're familiar with, and we learned so much! Even though we had a large group, Alisha made a point to have a one-on-one conversation with every single one of us, which made it very special and personal. She was also an incredible photographer! I think we really got the bang for our buck, and i will definitely be recommending this tour - and Alisha by name - to everyone I know who's planning a Vegas trip in the future.

I confirmed the day before the trip and assured we would sit together. We were picked up by a shuttle exactly on time and taken to Excaliber and transfered to a bigger bus. Not the same bus as online...but it was big and airconditioned. We were handed a blue plastic bag with a packaged cinnamon roll, banana, & a bottle of oj. Our seats were reserved with our party name and we all sat together. We were happy with our sitting arrangment. Steve our bus driver had lots of good info about Vegas, Hoover Dam, & Grand Canyon. Yes, it was corny at times but we enjoyed his humor. We stopped for a photo opportunity at the dam for 15 mins. Which was plenty enough time for us. We watched a movie on Hoover Dam and NationalTreasure on the way to GC. When we got to GC we got out box lunch that consisted of a turkey sandwich, chips, cookies and bottle water. I opted to eat my lunch later... Still full with breakfast bag of goodies. We decided the free Blue Line shuttle from Bright Angle to Mather Point. Please do make the mistake we did and take the stop at Mather Camp Ground. It's not the same.. Wasted time waiting for the next shuttle... Once at Mather Point did we set our eyes on the grandure of the Grand Canyon. Can't believe how fast 3 hours goes by. It wasn't long till we boarded the Blue Line back to Bright Angel to meet up with our tour bus. Be sure to take your bio breaks at the rest areas and the Grand Canyon. The bus driver can't stress enough that the bus bathroom is strickly for emergency use only. On the way back we stopped at the same Kingman Subway rest stop. Kids were starving on the way back... So Subway was great to have on the way back. We slept for most of the ride back to LV. Yes, we had multiple drop off stops. But considering the 8-9 hours round trip drive... Taking a tour bus to Grand Canyon is a great alternative. My young boys will have memories of a lifetime. And my husband and I had a relatively stress free trip to GC. All in all I would recommend a tour bus to Grand Canyon.

Ok, so I decided to email them because I wanted to clarify some things that contradicted Keth Kravitz's reviews, he stated this company is all inclusive with lunch and etc.....But when I looked on the website, it does say "All inclusive" but lunch is not provided. Then of course the first thing came into mind was to call them and clarify. I got fed up with their voicemailing system so I emailed them. This is the response I received: Alice, We are swamped with tour bookings for tomorrow. All your answers can be found on our website. We don't employ a large staff to answer the same questions over and over, which the answers can be found on the website. If you would like us to answer the phone more, we will have to hire more people and raise our prices. Perhaps our company is just not the right fit for you. You sound like you need more customer service. We cater to the independant internet savvy traveller who has no problem using our website. Good luck This is some kind of EXCELLENT Service!!
