I filed a formal complaint against this store employee on their website which is now The Greenlight Dispensary on Paradise Rd. Against Budtender #59778. Her name is Blu. Ha, go figure!!! She became EXTREMELY upset because I was questioning the cost of my items per her advising of my industry discount. She stated it was 50%. I asked her repeatedly and she stated the same amount however my total was not reflecting a 50% discount. She showed me the screen which showed 20% discount and an additional 5% because I'm medical and you cannot stack discounts. I asked again about the 50% that she stated. She became agitated. After our discussion she stated "Cookies is right behind us. You can ALWAYS go there!". I did not say anything. I paid for one 1/8 opposed to three because of her rudeness. After I paid I simply asked "What is your name and manager's name. She refused to give it to me saying she doesn't have to and that I was extremely rude. Rude for questioning your cost and my discount?!!! I don't think so. She proceeded to yell and degrade me at which time I returned the insults. As I was leaving she proceeded to follow me in a manner on camera that was in an aggressive manner, like she wanted to fight. I am in a walking boot. When she came around the cashier counter and proceeded to follow me, I repeatedly told her not to because it seemed she was trying to fight. As I passed the door she was still yelling profanities and I never spoke to the manager that "supposedly" was coming on duty at that time. The employee told the gentleman at the desk who was laughing smh to 86 me and continued to yell insults, made a heart symbol and told me "to kiss her ass" as I was exiting the store. The employee is the white girl, heavy chested, about 5"2 with bright purple hair. Highly unpleasant from the start, unprofessional and I felt threatened. That is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been patronizing this location since 2017. Much before you changed your name. I demand respect especially when I did not render disrespect. used to be home to VADA and Two Roots this place is located right off the STRIP squeezed behind Subway in the shadow of the Cookies On the Strip store. It's a nice quaint shop with a much different menu than the cookies store. ,they carry a wide variety of some the best quality brands at fair prices, good testing and they also have HALF oz's. looks like no longer carry VADA though. read more

Late post from our visit on 4/23. We were in the area and were trying to find a dispensary that carried the Heavy Hitters cartridges, found Las Vegas Releaf on yelp and decided to stop by. Was greeted by Gregory who was very knowledgeable and made a couple of suggestions on additional products which we really appreciated. Quick service and we were in and out within 15 minute which was great as I was worried about the general area the shop is located in. There was a homeless guy near the subway, and a guy sleeping on the grass in front of the McDonalds and several questionable people walking through the parking lot. 3 stars for Gregory's stellar service and for carrying the Heavy Hitters brand and minus 2 stars for the location. read more

Let's just start off with the fact that if you go through their website, you can get delivery! Yes!! I found everything I was seeking on their website with no problem, and they delivered within a few hours! They also offer discounts for veterans, and provide a warm phone follow-up to ensure the accuracy of your order. The only downside was that they carry a specialized cartridge that won't fit normal batteries on their website, and it isn't mentioned in the listing. If this is the best weed shop in Las Vegas then I feel bad for you guys. Bud tender Brittany was extremely rude and talked down to my husband and I when we asked for a recommendation on a good joint strain for us to enjoy while visiting Las Vegas. My husband even noticed how rude she was and he never is bothered by poor customer service. We purchased 3 pre rolls, a weed beer and a 2:1 infused drink. My husband said the weed beer was disgusting. The joints were just ok and not very strong. The infused drink was flavored well but not strong. We're from Washington state and I can honestly say the weed here is much more expensive with less potency. To all tourists looking for a good weed shop, it may be worth checking out some of the other options that Las Vegas has to offer. I understand that dealing with tourists can be taxing, but if it causes the bud tenders to be rude to customers when they ask for a mere recommendation, please consider a different option for employment. read more

What a reLEAF to find reLEAF! Haha Came here last week in need of a discreet vape pen. After perusing reviews of different dispensaries I finally decided on reLEAF for the many great reviews and vast product selection. So. Glad. I. Did. They then texted me stating the price would be 30/40$ over what they originally quoted me. Saying the system applied double discounts. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT, FIX YOUR SYSTEM. Decided to see what all the fuss is over these stores. I have not partaken of any kind of marijuana in over 20 years. The staff here is very professional and will answer all questions regarding the products they sell. The cashier explained how to eat the gummis that I did purchase. She also explained that one cannot take images of the products until they leave the store and must stay in the bag that they provide. Placed an order for delivery yesterday around mid afternoon to be delivered between 6-8pm. Got a call around 5pm from them but was unable to answer because I was at work until 5- gave them a callback right when I got off to find that they have no options to speak to a live person on the phone. All of the options circle back and repeat but no one answers. Tried calling a few more times but still the same issue. Then my order was "dismissed" at around 6:30pm with no reason or call to tell me what was going on. The number for the dispensary was listed to call for any issues but...you guessed it, no one answers the phone. To require a $200 minimum for delivery (placed an order for almost $300) and then to cancel the order without a reason is poor customer service- plus not having an actual option to speak to someone about it on the phone. I reached out to them by email as well and have yet to hear a response back. This whole experience killed my vibe- just wanted to enjoy a nice toke at night and go from there but nada. Definitely understand that the times aren't so great right now and maybe orders were piling up, new systems are in place, etc. but it still does not excuse the lack of customer service nor the lack of response. Won't be bringing my business here again unless there is a resolution going forward so hopefully someone will reach back out. read more

Came to Vegas from Saint Louis for my anniversary trip with my boyfriend. We had been to a few dispensaries (both of our first times!) but we became aware THIS one had the beer we had seen on billboards (which in and of itself was amazing-driving down the 15 to see weed ads!) I've been sober just over 10 years. My boyfriend was excited about it, but I assumed I just wouldn't be able to have it. We go in, and are immediately greeted with warm, friendly smiles. Not worth the delivery !!!!! First things first I came here two years ago when they closed at 10 pm and I showed up ten mins before closing I knew what I wanted they didn't want to let me in when I lived across town anyway that was inconvenient.... First... as out of towners, we walked into Essence because of all the Yelp reviews. We should've listened to the guy in the parking lot trying to convince us that Releaf had better prices. Essence was awful - the girl helping us behind the counter acted like we were a HUGE inconvenience (the concentrates had numbers 1-30 with no corresponding list of what was what...) so when we asked about them, she basically said "tell me which one you like the look of and I'll get it for you." With 30 options that was less than helpful. We ended up buying a 1/2g but immediately regretted it when we walked across the parking lot to Releaf. These people are SO nice and knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't act put out by our questions, were happy to tell us about anything and everything and give their opinions. I wish I remembered the guys name who was helping us - handsome tall black man with short dreads. Incredibly kind and informative. Prices were good too - if you spend above $70 you can access $7 joints, $8 edibles, $10 CBD/THC chocolate bar (that would otherwise be $32). Loved this place. Really enjoyed the items I purchased here. I recently ordered fir delivery which was prompt & quite easy to register here also. If you can, speak with Karen- she's very informative. Personal choice was the O.pen Vape 2.0 (Karen is a product expert with this brand!) I absolutely love it. Along with it I chose a cartridge also sold by O.pen from their Reserve series. It's a little more money but the oil is ultra - refined as opposed to only triple - refined. Ultimately I went with Girl Scout Cookies (THC: 81.50%) but was torn between that & the Blue Dream (THC: 87.74%) I'll be trying the Blue Dream next for sure. Also if you're 1st time patient they will waive the $100 minimum & since mine was $100 anyway, Karen was sweet enough to send me a free pre-roll of Blue Dream along with some WM's goodies. I was very impressed with my experience at Las Vegas Relief. It's definitely my new go to dispensary. Pros - - Environment - The interior is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into the design of this location. I was a little surprised actually. Walking across the parking lot to the front door I took notice of the surrounding area which is almost dilapidated but my concerns were unjustified . As I entered I noticed that they have added levels of security than other dispensaries to ensure patient and employee safety. They have also spent a lot of time working on the interior. It felt like I was walking into a boutique salon on the strip. - Staff - I can honestly say that the staff goes the extra mile for their patients. During my visit they consistently strove to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. - Product - I was ecstatic upon seeing the product at Las Vegas Relief. I was very curious about the CBD products they have as I haven't seen them any where else around town. The flowers, however, were what caught my eye. They currently only have 3 strains but they are quality. I did a little research on the grower, Green Life Productions, and was extremely impressed. They utilized both sustainable and organic growing practices and it shows. I tried the 9lb Hammer. A potent indica that did wonders for my back pain and helped me get a good nights sleep. I was a little startled at the price, 65$ an 1/8th until I saw that it comes in sealed glass jars with all the testing information and its tax included so I'm not getting back a $1.37 or something. Overall, high quality product and they say it's only going to get better Cons - I'm honestly struggling to find cons, I was rather blown away by the experience. - The Entrance - I mentioned the added layer of security. When you enter they have a little security area that you have to pass through to get to the registration area. The door from the outside to this room has a little door bell. I rang it and for a minute thought they were still closed or something as there was no response. The second time I rang it I just pulled on the door afterwards and in a few seconds it opened.
