This place is an absolute nightmare. I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem with their weight loss program. So... I spent eight years in the military and ended up with some bad feet. I've been going to the VA for treatment and they were giving me steroid shots in my foot. However, the last shot made my foot extra sensitive. Which means it worse than it has ever been. I reached out To LVSCRIPTS and had a one on one with the Pharmacist. I explained to him my situation and he gave me some alternatives to the steroid shot. He created a foot solution and sent it out to me in two days. I plugged in the Homedics machine he sent and poured 50ml of the solution he concocted into the water right away. My feet were given new life. Whatever he put in it cleared up my sinuses as well and had a wonderful smell. I will be sending for this foot solution monthly. Thanks To the good Doctor I can sleep better at night. read more

If I could give them a zero, I would- SH#tshow from the first click on Groupon. This place is nothing short of a pill mill, in my opinion. Do not buy this and do not do business with these people. It's one lie after another and charges that you did not authorize/ they told me I did not order what I knew I did order, and oh now they cannot give any refund- even though I had not received any product or serice at the time. Charmaca at LS Scripts in Henderson, NV, stated I could not change my order (from my Groupon choices) - and the next words out of her mouth are, she will change my order so that she can charge me the correct price-not the price I picked on the Groupon page- which of course ended up in charging me more than I had planned. My sister also bought the Groupon, and LV Scripts gave her unlabeled meds and additional meds that she did not order. She Called LV Scripts to tell them about it. Charmaca thought she put us on hold and spoke horribly about us (assuming we could not hear) to the other staff member/"pharmacist," stating my sister was trying to keep the meds all the while calling her co-worker/pharmacist "Babe." Why would my sister contact Charmaca at LV Scripts to inform them of the additional meds if she wanted to keep them? Additionally, when we returned to the office with the meds, Charmaca, would not let my sister finish a sentence when telling her she had not opened the meds. Charmaca was too busy telling my sister that she would call the DEA and report her for taking the meds (that THEY gave her in a SEALED package- with HER NAME on them). My sister told Charmaca that she did not want meds that she did not need or pay for, and Charmaca took them back. These meds are not in a remarkable bottle that could not have been opened and resealed. It was just a piece of tape over the lid. While we did not open the meds, an unscrupulous person could have easily opened them, tampered with them, and replaced them in the bottle. This makes me concerned that I could be getting meds (that were) returned at one time or another. This place is nothing short of a pill mill, in my opinion. First contact was quick and easy- Charmaca put on a good first act- it is when you walk in that they get you. In my opinion- stay away from this place. read more

I had to come back and update my review. My mouth is still opened from the audacity of this place. This review is a direct reflection of one person, Shawnica, I believe is the name she left on my voicemail. This lady has called me on 3 separate occasions to try to pressure me to delete my negative review. When the initial phone conversation happened I was sitting in their office waiting for the doctor to call me to do a virtual meeting. She said she was calling because I missed my appointment but I'm sitting in the office. She was calling from a remote location and the doctor told her he tried calling me several times with no answer. They figured out that it was a mix up with my phone number. After the virtual appt she called me again, as I was waiting for my prescription, and informed me she saw my Groupon review. She was sorry I had a bad experience and proceeded to give all these excuses as to why customer service was non-existent and how my review is detrimental to their business. I told her I appreciated her calling me about my review and would delete my Groupon review. (I never did a review on Groupon so agreeing to this while I'm sitting in their establishment was the best thing to say to get her off the phone and me out of there business asap) A couple days later (today) she calls me back about deleting my Yelp review, I told her I never agreed to remove my Yelp review. You said Groupon and since I didn't do a Groupon review I just said ok, but my review is a honest review. Her calling me harassing me is not going to get me to delete my review. After I hung up on her because I'm not about to argue with her over something that is what it is, she called back and left a message. This review is for her! You don't ask someone to delete their review, you EARN it! Dr. E in the office was very helpful and did everything in his power to earn my business by offering me free products and just communicating. I stand by EVERYTHING I said in this review and my previous review. I see there's a trend in NV that they hire people and don't give them the adequate training they need to excel at their job. I don't blame anyone that was working in the office that day because they made sure I was ok while I waited for my appointment and prescription. This is a horrible company, I got a Groupon I paid for my visit and my prescription through Groupon was charged $209 for a prescription I never received I informed the person and now the person that I've been talking to is saying that they're going to charge me $150 an hour just to talk To them and they're going to continue to charge my card because I opened a case already and I reported that I never got my medication and I asked my bank to refund me the $209 then they went in and charged my boyfriends card for $230 and they're telling me that they're not gonna refund it that a deals a deal even if I didn't get the prescription it's still a pre-ordered and it's a payment. The guy who I thought was really nice back in February is turning around and now scamming me and telling me he's going to charge me $150 for talking to me because I'm frustrated because I'm being charge something I never received.
