Appointments are easy to get, phones are answered, requests are taken care of quickly. I've seen both NP's and the Dr and they are all great. They are kind and take their time with you. I've never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room either. They have even allowed me to vaccinate how I want and don't force anything. I'd give 10 Stars if I could!

We came to Dr. Jennifer Cobanov after our son's longtime pediatrician of nearly 10 years left his…read moremedical group, so we had high expectations for communication and continuity of care for our medically complex child. Dr. Cobanov herself is thorough and for families with routine pediatric needs, this office may be fine. Unfortunately, our experience with the office staff and overall responsiveness was extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions, we contacted the office regarding urgent concerns and paperwork involving our son through phone calls, portal messages and even the texting feature, often without timely responses. As parents of medically complex children know waiting days, or oftentimes in our experience, weeks for communication is simply not acceptable. Too often, we had to physically go into the office just to receive a response. The final straw came when we respectfully requested a basic medical summary letter for our son's school records outlining his diagnoses and care needs. Previous pediatricians and top medical specialists had always supported these requests and advocated for our son, but Dr. Cobanov declined. For families managing complex medical needs, strong communication and provider support are essential. We have since transitioned to a different local Redlands pediatrician whose office has been far more responsive, supportive and engaged in our son's overall wellbeing.

Amy Zimmermann ( lactation specialist) is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about your success with breastfeeding. She is kind and available to you even once your baby is born. Thanks to her I felt prepared when my son arrived and even when I was unsure she was just a phone call away. Love the service here!

Food was the worst, and the silverware had to be returned 2x because it was DIRTY! The nurse kept calling me so pretty and Halley Berry for some reason when I look nothing like her. It wasn't a compliment to me it was unprofessional. They took 3hrs after my request to come and help me to the bathroom and no, they were not busy I could hear them laughing and joking outside. They never hooked me up to machine to check my oxygen levels which was the reason I had to stay there 2 days. I might as well have been home. SO that was wasted money spent. They were supposed to get me up and walk me around and never did for 2 days. There was a pain med schedule on the board and they NEVER adhered to it. My surgeon was furious and they blamed ME the patient for not calling THEM when I was literally speaking to them to provide it. Go ANYWHERE but here!!

The front desk girl & PA were so helpful they really seemed to care and answered all my questions/ gave me really good feedback and recommendations I'm sad this couldn't be her pediatrician you can tell they really do care! Normally going to a hospital or urgent care they make you feel like you're overreacting or don't take your concerns seriously but they didn't make me feel this one bit. I don't normally write reviews however this really meant a lot to me thank you so much!

However, we did NOT no-show -we notified the front office in advance to cancel the appointment, yet we were still marked as a no-show. When I called to schedule an appt and then get told this information and try to resolve it, the manager told me, "If your daughter has asthma, then why doesn't she have a Dr ." That comment was incredibly concerning and unprofessional. We recently switched from Kaiser and were trying to establish care especially because my daughter has asthma and needs consistent medical support. Patient care and communication should be a priority, particularly in a pediatric setting. Front office staff should clearly explain cancellation policies and ensure appointments are properly canceled to avoid situations like this. Families deserve accurate information and respectful treatment.

My daughter and I had to stand till more people were called in. It is not the same vibe. Service is still similar but I feel like the care is slightly rushed. Getting checked in is very chaotic. They are very pleasant and they manage scheduling really well. Shout out to Anisha who always takes good care of us. The medical assistants are as professional and friendly and the physician's assistants are as helpful. They covered it all. Why wouldn't they if they are following Dr. Mohideen's lead. Dr. Mohideen is very thorough with her exams. She engages with fun conversations while diagnosing my almost 12 year old. We've been seeing her for 10 years and there's never a day that we feel like we were unattended. We truly feel part of their family. Thank you as always. The doctor took the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and made sure our child felt comfortable and cared for. Their experience working with children with autism and Down syndrome really shows, and they create a welcoming environment for every family.
