I have waited a very long time to schedule my next laser session after calling in to ask about how red things were looking (this concern came not from me originally, but from another Dr who commented that things looked too red and wanted to know what setting was used....). Yesterday, Dr Erickson finally left a voicemail stating he would not schedule my next treatment. 10/1 Looking back on the situation, I know that his failure to be present during the actual treatment is very illegal, and am not sure prided I ran into so many issues with my healing timeline (being told for two months that things are "supposed to look worse before they look better," and that my misshapen breast implant "don't look too bad.") The right implant is now mishapen after having too strong a laser used by Hannah, who is not licensed to be using these devices. I originally stated I did not even want to do the breast region, and only wanted to continue treatments in the hope that the one initial area I had asked for (my shin), could actually be addressed.

I was taken a back at about 1005 and at 10:22 my Hydro facial was complete then they placed red light therapy on my face for five minutes and it's over that's a lot of money. However, when I bought my first service and scheduled my appointment I found out that they credited my services to someone else's account (this was done over the phone with regional sales person) When I showed up to my scheduled appointment I was told it was cancelled. They did help get my credit to my account and rescheduled my appointment. This was frustrating because I requested time off of work to make the appointment. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got my services done I was pleased with the results and bought a bigger package of services assuming the cancellation and credit thing was a fluke... When I scheduled my appointment for the new services purchased I requested time off again only to be texted the day before the appointment telling me it was cancelled. This is beyond frustrating to me as a busy parent who works more than the traditional 40 hour work week. Since I bought a package of services I will continue going until that credit runs out but I will NOT be renewing any services with them as they are incredibly unreliable from my experience. From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself.
